시티 컴포트 인 호텔（둥관 시핑 지하철역）

Hotel location is very good, close to a supermarket, many restaurants and the subway station. Like some others have mentioned, soundproofing isn't enough noise from surrounding hawkers was heard during late night and early morning. The hotel building is small, so it seems all rooms are facing the main road. Room was of adequate size and nicely appointed, nice for short stay but not for long stay, due to lack of storage space (no safe and no freezer), and no proper working desk for business travellers. Being a small hotel means facilities are minimal, again fine for a short stay. Check-in staff was EXTREMELY RUDE, particularly to guests holding non-PRC identity cards. The system was not able to automatically scan an old (but still valid) travel document, and the staff was extremely rude, and even attempted to ask the guest to leave. The same scanning problem did not occur in other hotel, so probably more trainings required to check-in staff regarding travel documents and their manner.

周邊餐飲還挺多的，吃東西非常方便，酒店早餐比較簡單，2粥，2雜糧。和炒粉炒麪2水果等，不算豐富，地理位置挺好地鐵10分鐘路程左右

這家酒店坐落在繁華市中心，雖然不是星級酒店，但是裝飾雅緻，温馨，讓在外的人，感受到了歸家的感覺，樓下有可口菜餚，這裡有温馨如家的環境，還有那周到齊全的全天候服務。酒店環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，價格也很合理。這家酒店的服務員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到，下次來東莞有機會，我還會來這裏。

我是出差到那邊，每個月都會去很多次，從他家第一次入住，環境比之前住的酒店要好。很乾凈，樓下還有很多吃的，很方便。店很好，大堂環境舒適，有股淡淡的香薰味道很好聞，燈光温馨，辦入住有送茶水，非常喜歡這個酒店

酒店位置位於市中心地段，外出購物非常的方便，酒店的大堂裝修豪華，進去以後給客人的視野非常開闊。同時服務員也很熱情幾乎對於客人的要求是有求必應，是一個值得推薦的酒店。十分讚賞和佩服前台幫忙安排給我的客人的交通工具非常準時和舒適還是對於客人想要去的地方，她都解釋十分清楚和明白。

很滿意，服務很好，辦理入住方便快捷，熱情周到，笑容親切，房間很舒適，衞生乾淨整潔，早餐品種多，健康有營養，還有免費停車場，很好，下次還會繼續來住
