가구가 오래되어 에어컨 사용이 어렵습니다.

Although the pictures looked good, reality was completely different! Very roomy in the size of the room, but the bed, A/C, bathroom and cleanliness overall was very bad! We actually both got a runny nose that lasted a day or so.

I would consider this hotel for my holiday in the future if I ever have a chance to travel to Melbourne. Happy and satisfied !

The staff was very nice. The rooms are big and really silence. You will easily relax there. Thank you!

Looks good from the outside. Night staff are horrible to deal with. Room was horrible, they moved us from a king suite to a queen suite but I was still charged for the king suite. The room was filthy

우리는 하룻밤을 묵었는데, 하룻밤이 너무 많았습니다. 방은 넓고 깔끔해 보였습니다. 침대 옆 램프가 작동하지 않아서 전원 공급을 확인하기 위해 침대 옆 탁자를 옮겼습니다. 먼지와 거미줄이 발견되었습니다. 수십 년 동안 옮기지 않았습니다. 텔레비전에서 한 채널만 볼 수 있었습니다. 벽등 갓에 죽은 곤충이 있었습니다. 첨부된 사진은 조명을 올려다보며 찍은 것입니다. 변기 좌석이 금이 갔습니다. 2인용 작은 손님용 비누가 하나뿐이었습니다. 샤워실의 비누 받침대가 부러졌습니다. 샤워실의 그라우트를 깨끗이 닦을 필요가 있었습니다. 집 전체가 낡았고 보존하거나 치워야 ​​합니다. 체크아웃할 때 직원에게 이러한 문제를 알렸을 때 그는 전혀 관심을 보이지 않았고 경영진에게 넘길 의향이 전혀 없었습니다. It is budget priced accommodation, that met my expectations for price. While it looks like its past its prime as event location with accommodation, it was clean and there was hot water and had clean towels and toiletries. I stayed on a sunday and monday night and there were very few guests. Tthe split system struggled to keep the room warm, which was quite large with a table, couch and a big bathroom with a corner spa. It looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90's. It suited my criteria for cheap accommodation as I was out most of the time, but it just has the aura of place struggling to to stay open.

Admittedly, we booked to stay on the weekend that Taylor Swift was in town so we paid a premium price. Probably more than we would normally for a hotel room. We had the ‘Delux King Suite’ which was a massive room, so a tick there, but unfortunately it was dirty. I should’ve taken photos but to be honest I just couldn’t be bothered, wall mirror had smears all over it, super noticeable as soon as you walked in the door. There were dead flies and dust on the window sills, drink splashes on the furniture and the bathroom was questionable. It’s in a good location and suited our purpose but we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Whole place was filthy and dilapidated. Hair in bed, dirty toilet, mouldy bathroom floor, bath, sinks, & wall tiles. Food & beverage splashes all over walls and furniture, greasy marks on bedsides, coffee table and kitchenette including kettle cups etc. I paid extra for early check in & requested refund excl this as I could not stay here for concern about my health. Hotel refused to refund, obviously because they had a total of 3 guests. Booked through Agoda who did nothing but say “sorry but up to their “partners” . Agoda state no refund policy applies even to request for refund based on health and safety concerns with this property which they promote! Honestly just can’t believe that agoda could even allow this place to be on their recommended properties! Just a distasteful awful experience!

Could be so good but requires a good clean, just driving in the place looked unkempt. Baffled as to how it’s rated 4.1:2 stars. Paid by credit card so now have to wait for $100 bond to be returned, Lady on checkout was nice. Bed was comfortable. Hope it returns to its former glory.

Wow! I travel for work and stay in many hotels but I can honestly say I have never stayed anywhere so dirty. The hotel is old and tired which I can deal with but the complete lack of basic cleanliness is gross. EVERTHING is dirty. Tables in room covered in food. Floor has not been vacuumed in a long time. There is just a mattress with a sheet, no underlay. Sheets too small to cover the king size mattress. All surfaces covered in dust, doors and handles filthy. Had to ask for an additional pillow as only 1 provided. Needed a blanket as only 2 sheets and a thin doona provided in winter. Air conditioner looks like it has never been cleaned and turns off intermittently. I checked in late and the next morning asked them to clean the room only to be told due to covid they don’t clean the room while we are here. I said, please clean it, it’s really dirty. So, they changed my towels and emptied the bin and left someone else’s dirty hand towel on my bed side table. It’s almost laughable if it wasn’t so unhygienic . There is no Wi-Fi, no breakfast and no room service, despite them advertising all of that. It’s a shame as you can tell that whoever manages this building clearly does not care.

Booked in for five nights! We won’t stay the full five! The room is small and dirty! Stained carpet, stains on bed blanket, filthy window ledge, dust so bad you can write your name in it, pigeons nesting right outside the window, can only access the tiny “double” (???) bed from one side because it’s against the wall. Just not well kept and out dated furniture! Mini fridge falls over when opened as it’s in a shelf! Door has about five locks, none of which work so on leaving you must lock the door with a key! Asked for room to be serviced, was told we need to put the sign out or it won’t be done. So we put the sign out, new towels were put in but that’s it, bed wasn’t even made. Just so poorly run with zero attention to details, this place is AWFUL just AWFUL and the guy on the desk, just doesn’t really care at all anyway! If they don’t change, this place will be closed very soon! You can’t run a hotel like this and expect to remain viable.

Good for an overnight stay if you are visiting north east of Melbourne. Large room with 1 x king bed, small lounge, dining table for two, ETA and coffee making facilities , small fridge. Free parking on site. Asian style restaurant open evenings. I couldn’t find breakfast options. Shower over spa bath. Twin sinks in bathroom. Green choice toiletries.
