I would give this place five stars for the enjoyable stay, but I have to take one star off for the wobbling bunk beds. Investing in some solid wooden bunks would really improve the experience and ensure travellers get a good night's sleep. I've stayed in hostels in Sweden and Slovenia with outstanding beds, so I know it’s possible! Overall, I still really enjoyed my time here. I wouldn’t recommend booking a dormitory room here unless you’re okay with late-night noise and wobbling beds. I stayed for two nights and struggled to sleep at all. Plus, using the bathroom in the early morning was a challenge, as I felt terrible waking up those on the lower bunks. If you value your rest, consider a private room instead! Check out P&L Bike Rental! I took a bike along the red route, which offers flat terrain amidst beautiful rural Italian scenery. The ride was refreshing, and the views were stunning. It’s a perfect way to explore the countryside—highly recommended! This hostel was our first stop on our Italy trip. After visiting Milano, Varenna, Bellagio, Tirano, and Bergamo, I can confidently say it has the best Aperol and Corretto coffee! We also ordered a delicious buffalo pizza. If I return to Como, it would definitely be for those drinks and the delicious pizza! Highly recommend! We stayed in a dormitory room and forgot to bring our own locker locks, which was quite inconvenient. It made carrying our wallets around a hassle. I’d recommend bringing a lock if you plan to stay here to keep your belongings secure!

Perfect place for people with dogs :) a lot of walk place, beauty views, Lake Como looks astonishing, many places to go to water. Hotel with very good price and very good standard in that price. Superb staff working here :) Pizza and breakfasts the best in Restaurant inside hotel :) checked other in Mennagio and in Bellagio - really are worse :) sooo, really, really nice place 🥰🥰

Please change the old worn coach downstairs and play some more sophisticated music like indie instead of this cheap 80 90 tourist music. Please tell *********** you have 5 free parking spaces, *********** did not email met that beforehand.

Really really enjoyed our stay in the 6 bed female dorm room ( clean, airy, no air con but large windows ). Staff were very friendly and as a group of female travellers we felt very safe and welcomed. On our last night we were struggling to figure out how to get to Milano centrale for an early morning connection and even during a busy dinner service ( which was reasonably priced and delicious) the staff made time to help us figure out the best way to get to the train station in time. Nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend. Thanks again to the team member who I spoke to on the phone for bearing with my accent 😂!

Si ok ha una posizione invidiabile, si ok sei praticamente in riva al lago, si ok è organizzato, si ok è pulito, si ok sono organizzatissimi, si ok area comune spettacolare, si ok cucinano da Dio, si ok oil personale che lo gestisce è ubicato, preparato e simpaticissimo... Ma il tiramisù ragazzi, è spettacolare. Da tornarci sicuramente

Siamo stati 2 notti in questa struttura direttamente sul lago. Eravamo in 14 alcune camere con terrazzo privato. Camere molto semplici con l'indispensabile e pulite. Staff eccezionale, gentili, disponibili e simpatici. Abbiamo pranzato li l'ultimo giorno e nonostante ci fosse molta gente servizio impeccabile. Bravi complimenti
