Heureusement que le directeur de l hotel est tres humain car la réception est a revoir pas agréable

No welcome drink while waiting for time consuming book in after 7hrs of travelling. No air con in reception either. Our room was clean but basic.we slept very well after the animation and music stopped. We heard people moaning about the fact there wasnt no english food🤣 they should stay in england then. There was lots of food offered people are just moaning because they refuse to try local stuff. We used the beach and not the pool because of the noise. DONT GO TO THE OUTSIDE MARKET, VERY INTIMERDATING. A GUY COME TO US CLAIMING TO BE A CHEF AT OUR COMPLEX, HE RECOGNISED OUR WRIST BANDS HE TOOK US TO HIS SISTERS SHOP OF SPICES, AND TRIED RIPPING US OFF TO THE TUNE OF £100 FOR A FEW SMALL BAGS OF SPICES. WE WERE THINKING WE WERE GOING TO A COFFEE SHOP AS THAT IS WHAT HE SAID. Room was clean bedding changed daily , drinks were poor quality, but I paid and had the better stuff. Use the shop behind reception , tall man about 55, very nice and helpfull , not expensive at all you can always have a deal. Value for money definitely. It is what you make it.

Let's start with the good!! Waiters and bar staff are fabulous. Pool and communal areas are kept clean Food ok but could do with a bit more variety. Bad :- Reception staff and Managers have no service skills and are just blatantly rude. Cats are allowed in the Dining room I witnessed someone cooking chicken and using the same tongs for raw and cooked chicken. Bedrooms are run down and have cockroaches in them. Animation staff are really nice and work really hard with long hours, however if we were asked once about going to shows and Tombolas we were asked about 20 times and get in your personal space. It can be quite intimidating. Overall there is a lot more that needs doing advertised as a 4 star probably more like a 2.
