Caribbean World Thalasso Djerba

Bathroom looks so old, bathtub with rust. Bed no confortable and AC super noisy. Very limited choice for all inclusive cocktails, served warm with poor quality alcohol. Overall very outdated hotel which doesn’t meet the 4 stars standards for sure. Staff might be friendly that’s pretty much all. We have only been here two nights but impressions won’t change. Really excepted something better.

We stayed at Caribbean World Djerba as a family of five (2 adults and 3 kids aged 1, 5, and 8) from June 25th to July 2nd, and we had a truly wonderful experience. When we first arrived, the room we were given wasn’t the one we had reserved, but we spoke to the reception staff, and they handled it quickly and professionally. They moved us to a very nice suite with no issues. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and eager to make things right, which we really appreciated. Our room was clean and cozy, and the cleaning staff surprised us daily with towel decorations—swans and hearts, complete with fresh flowers. It made the kids smile every time. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety at every meal. Everyone in the family found something they liked, and the afternoon pancakes were a big hit—absolutely delicious! The pools were clean, spacious, and perfect for both kids and adults. The beach was also very well maintained—cleaned early every morning, with the sand prepared and seaweed removed. It was always a pleasure to spend time there. The entertainment program was excellent, especially for the kids. They loved the Mini Club and Mini Disco, and they still talk about it constantly! It really made their vacation unforgettable. All in all, we had a fantastic family holiday at Caribbean World Djerba and would gladly return. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable!

There’s a lot of positives but lot of negatives as well Positives: Friendly staff all over a hotel, especially waiters and bartenders. Tasty and differentiated food options, soft drinks and alcohol straight from a bottles, clean beach Negatives: a lot of broken sunbeds, both on the beach and a pool, not so clean rooms including broken tv remote, kettle, air conditioner and a hairdryer and last but not least the WORST animation I’ve ever seen, animators were friendly but the program and the show was at the lowest possible level

Hi every body it's me again Hotel Caribban World Thalasso is located in DjerbaTunis nice, I had Double Room No:2318 for a night in 11/12/ 2024 , room were nice, breakfast & diner nice, Staff was friendly, Yosef & Akram ,free WI-FI in hall only ,close to the Sea nice view, By the way, good value,I recommend for youth Salah

I satyed in this hotel for 5 nights. The reception was not friendly upon arrival. The receptionist Dorra needs to put a smile on her face when talking to customers. I got the room around 3 pm, although people came after me and got theirs. The room is old, and the furniture was older. The mattress was very bad and the TV was small. The swimming pools were not clean The room service did a great job. The food in the kitchen was not varied. This hotel can be better. Put a smile on your staff's faces, hire people who know about tourism, and get better furniture to the rooms. The animation team is top notch. Great job.

We really enjoyed our vacation in this hotel. All was good. We were in nice renovated room with everything working. Fantastic animation team. All day activities, every night different show. I think the bad reviews comming from people accomodated in old not renovated rooms. The food was good, nice choice of different meat and fish. The bad things: in the main restaurant the cups often smells bleach. I understand they need to disinfect but may be they need to wash better. During my stay I didn't see anybody to wash around the pools. The staff only sweeping around.
