We loved every minute of our stay at this charming, older-style hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. While the shared bathrooms were initially a concern, we decided to give it a go—and we’re glad we did! The setup was clean and well-maintained, and the great value more than made up for it. The on-site restaurant serves absolutely delicious meals, and the Monday night barbecues are a must. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the cosy fireplaces with a glass of local wine—such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for character, comfort, and great food at an affordable price.

Huge room in period property in Healesville centre Absolutely huge room in period property over a pub. Earplugs provided as quite a bit of noise from the road on a Saturday night. Not disturbed by noise from the pub though as we were at the front of the property and the beer garden was at the back. Large comfy bed. Two bathrooms and separate lavatory at the far end of the corridor, all spotless. One was a double bathroom: 2 hand basins and a double shower( for couples!) Plenty of choice for evening meals on the same road.
