After an exciting road trip through the Colca Cabyon, we were looking forward to a pool, comfort and relaxation. We found all of this here, courteous staff, fantastic accommodation and genuine hospitality. The spa treatment was excellent and the fireplace in the room created a cosy atmosphere in the evening. The hot spring pool and the view of the beautiful landscape were the icing on the cake.

Having a ‘little house’ (casitas) to stay in was amazing. This ‘little house’ was bigger than the first house we owned when first married! The bathroom had 2 sinks and 2 showers (one indoor and one outdoor). The king-size bed was larger than most. Our private hot tub outside was very well used, but did not have jets. Laundry service was fast and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to serve you - whether in the restaurant, escorting you to your room or telling stories about the area.

This was our best hotel experience anywhere! The General Manager Americo truly made the experience a trip of a lifetime. He and his entire staff was so welcoming!!! We learned how to make Pisco Sours. Our main server was Jeffrey, and we couldn't believe he was only there a short time. We felt like we were family with all of the staff. They were so polite and so welcoming! Elmer was really great on the horseback riding experience!! If you go to Peru you should definitely add this place on your list! The property is in the middle of two canyons and the landscape is breathtaking!! Thanks again for the amazing experience!!!!

Las Casitas Belmond hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. The casitas are extremely comfortable, they all have a hot tub with views of the valley. The hotel also offers several experiences to get the most out of your time in Colca. The staff is amazing, kind, incredibly helpful and super welcoming. If you are looking for a relaxing and over the top experience in Peru I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

From the time my wife and I arrived at Las Casitas, we were made to feel at home. Our casita had a wonderful warm feeling to it, with heated floors, a beautiful fire, and outdoor hot tub. We had excellent breakfasts and dinners there and an outdoor picnic lunch with a chef. All with incredible service. Tilak, the executive assistant manager spoke with us both nights we were there and simply said, “this is your home…”. The rest of the staff were as welcoming - Americo, David, Jefry and Naisha were excellent in what they did.
