호텔 비버라 그랜드(Hotel Vivera Grande)

Such a worst experience with Vivera grande. They did some default upgrade from their end itself but they made us to wait for more than 20 mins that too after 10 pm for cleaning and cleaning the sheets. I don't know what they changed. Complete bed itself full of strains and not handling properly. I think I won't visit vivera grande in future and won't recommend to any one. Finally one house keeping guy came and save us. Just wanna thank him.

Experience with vivera Grande was very good .its a very good hotel with a restaurant attached .the staff here Ara very polite and helpful .l would recommend tis hotel for all kinds of travel . It .s hygienic and the staff alagar was vary hard working.rom no 310

We ordered nattukozhi soup it was good and for starters we ordered mutton pepper fry which was nice and spicy . Fish finger was really good that we ordered it twice.one of the best flamed chicken was not upto the expectation.mutton biryani is good at Dindigul favourite taste finally karidosa was trademark overall enjoyed good food.

Good service excellent food luxury especially breakfast awesome. If you book room swimming pool kids area and gym are free of cost. Not recommended to meet often.this summer experience was done with vivera grande. Only thing there is a dindigul very less entertainment and tourism otherwise all well.

One of the worst hotel with absolutely pathetic customer service. Absolutely dirty towels, bedding, pillow and very substandard toiletries, no maintenance of the room and toilet. They just focus on making money and nothing else. Their so called GM reluctant to talk to the customers??? You just keep repeating yourself and no one will ever listen to you!! Please don’t stay in this pathetic hotel even for free!!

The Location of this Hotel is quite in center of the town and you have access to all important restaurants and sight seeing places nearby. The check-in was quick and the room, which I took was spacious and I went in as a family of 4, including 2 children. Their Complimentary breakfast was wide spread and their Rusigaram restaurant is also good in providing a scrumptious lunch. The only hitch, is though a booked a deluxe room telling that we are family of 4, out of which 1 kid will be 11 yrs of age and when booked online, the tariff rate changed i.e. hiked a bit as we included a 11 year old child also into the room We expected an additional bed to provided for the same, but I got charged additionally 1k with taxes, which could have been avoided. Since, I didn't want to create an issue of it, I would like to mention the Management, that if we are paying extra, in order to accommodate a child as well, then we are ought to think that an additional bed will be provided. So, please put an additional note, if you are going to charge for the same, so that the guest can be aware that they need to pay extra for the same. Apart from the above mentioned issue, my whole stay with Vivera grande was awesome, though it was for one day only.

Hotel Viveragrande is very happiest place for myself it’s like my home such an marvelous atmosphere friendly staffs amazing food friendly front office people’s Nandini helped me a lot at my checkin time each and every time she greeted a warm smile

We had a layover at this place on trip to Kodai, staff is very courteous and friendly. We had missed an item at the hotel while checking out, the staff, especially Nandini mam helped courier the items immediately. Rooms were clean and spacious, the location is great

Rusiragam restaurant very good atmosphere and very tasty breakfast. The spread is good especially kanagaraj, who guided us and helped us during the break fast by suggesting and getting different food from live counter.
