房間寬敞乾淨整潔，在歐洲算空間大，有陽台。餐廳也大而寬敞凸顯四星級酒店的豪華感，落地玻璃窗透明亮堂視覺效果好。位於街道幾個岔路口，緊靠海邊走過去散步看海景就兩三分鐘。唯一不足的第一天洗澡沒熱水，前台沒喊到人維修解決，洗的冷水澡，攜程給力聯繫前台第二天下午才有熱水，説系統壞了（沒法理解，沒遇到過這樣的事，有點不爽），第一晚房費在我要求退點費用他們退了三百元。洗臉水池台盆太高弄得我衣服都濕了，水池邊緣滲水到木頭枱麪，洗手洗臉洗衣服時需要不斷用毛巾擦乾滲透出來的水，水池的塞子沒彈性，需要拿手扒掉放水，裏面全是銹跡看了不爽，愛乾淨有潔癖的受不了，説明酒店不太重視基礎設施。我愛乾淨，如果不解決銹跡和台盆滲水我下次不願意入住。還有熱水問題服務不及時令人惱火，頭髮沒洗成，本打算旅途疲倦洗個熱水澡舒服睡覺的，女孩子洗的冷水澡。

We were in Dinard for a business trip, and traveling can sometimes feel hectic — but not here. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and intuitive including the General Manager, Marc Scognamiglio. Whether it was remembering our morning coffee preferences, assisting with local recommendations, or ensuring we had everything needed for a smooth stay, the team truly went above and beyond. The hotel itself is beautifully styled, with elegant nods to the golden age of travel, and every space feels curated and calm. Our rooms were impeccably clean and peaceful, with thoughtful details — from plush bedding to high-end toiletries — that made a real difference. What stood out most was the genuine kindness. To the entire team at MGallery Dinard: thank you for your warmth, professionalism, and for making us feel so well taken care of. We wouldn’t hesitate to return — and will be recommending this lovely hotel to anyone heading to the region.

During my recent stay, I found the hotel’s facilities to be quite satisfactory, offering most of the amenities one would expect for a comfortable experience. However, I was deeply disappointed by the disrespectful communication from a manager named Matthis. This lack of professionalism made a negative impression and significantly impacted my experience. Additionally, the cleanliness of our room was subpar, which further detracted from the quality of our stay. I had hoped for a more pleasant and seamless experience, but unfortunately, these issues left me dissatisfied.

Arrived by bike to be warmly welcomed by reception staff. Hotel is in a great location and despite the busy neighborhood quite quiet at night. Large and comfortable room, including a small terrace outside. It was possible to make the room dark at night and also as mentioned nice and quiet allowing for a good nights sleep. Very good breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay again as Dinard is delightful and only a short ferry crossing from St Malo.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Royal Emeraude hotel in Dinard, France. We appreciated the warm welcome we received from the staff and were very impressed with the opulence of the hotel. That said it was not a stuffy and formal environment but an extremely comfortable hotel. The room was exquisite, the bed comfortable and it had a wonderful in room tea service. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff were clearly committed to providing the highest level of service. We would be happy to return and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
