Historic and charming building with stunning views over Dinant. • Excellent location — just a 10-minute walk to the city center and main attractions. • Spacious, clean rooms with modern amenities. • Delicious breakfast buffet with hot and cold options. • Free parking and friendly multilingual staff. • Welcome drink on arrival adds a nice local touch

The location was great, the staff were friendly, the room looked appealing, but sadly that's where it finished. 1) We had no hot water. 2) The front door would not lock. 3) The TV was broken. 4) The telephone did not work. We reported these issues to the management immediately, and they promptly inspected the room and promised that they would be rectified at once. Come the next day, nothing had been done, and all we were met with was a bunch of apologies. Thankfully, after filing a formal complaint, we were offered a refund of the hotel cost. In the meantime though, we learnt that the room had had these faults reported on numerous occasions by previous guests, yet none of the problems had been addressed. Why the reception staff allowed the room to be booked yet again is beyond me.

Splendida struttura in posizione strategica per visitare Dinant, la cui Cittadella può essere raggiunta tranquillamente a piedi. Tenendo presente che l'edificio è un ex abbazia, la stanza al secondo piano era una specie di mansarda, non molto ampia, ma corredata di tutto il necessario e di un bel bagno. Da segnalare il drink di benvenuto da consumare all'esterno, in un ampio giardino da cui si gode una vista splendida sia sul fiume che sul paese al di là del ponte. Eccezionale la colazione a buffet con ampia scelta di cibi dolci e salati, che si tiene in una grande sala al piano terra. Buono il wi-fi. Per chi viene in auto è disponibile un ampio spazio per parcheggiare alle spalle della struttura.

Très bel hôtel qui a gardé l'authenticité de son ancien couvent, bien propre et mention particulière à Léo pour sa serviabilité et sa gentillesse

Nous avons réservé deux nuits et nous avons été enchanté de notre choix Le bâtiment est très beau et bien rénové tout en gardant l architecture d origine L accueil très sympathique de l ensemble du personnel La boisson offerte a l arrivée ainsi que les bouteilles d eau dans la chambre La chambre était spacieuse et climatisée donc très appréciée par ces fortes chaleurs Malheureusement pas de frigo dans la chambre ce qui nous aurait permis de garder des boissons au frais c est un point négatif qui m a gêné Le parking privé gratuit très apprécié car le stationnement est payant dans la ville Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié Bref nous avons bcq aimé notre séjour

Chambres de l'annexe à fuir!!! Les chambres exposées au soleil sans Storex deviennent bouillantes et n'ont pas de climatiseur. Il est obligatoire d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour dormir, or les fenêtres sont au bord: 1.du parking de gravier: bruit jusqu'à minuit et des 6h 2. cuisines de l'hôtel , qui ouvre ses fenêtres aussi...3. des aérations/ventilations du bâtiment principal et le pompon, le parking est éclairé de nuit par des spots qui illuminent la chambre comment plein jour!!!!! Nous n'avons presque pas dormi !!!!! On nous a également bien eu, car la réservation avait été faite pour une autre chambre qu'on nous a changé sous couvert de "upgrade" dans l'annexe!!!!
