Very nice studio located 2 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the city center. Suitable for two people maximum. Close to shops, urban transport bus and tram. Perfectly arranged, sleeping on the mezzanine. The residence is secured with a gate closed at night. The building is very quiet with only one permanent resident. This rental is ideal for people training in Dijon or for a couple coming to visit the City. Il faudrait actualisé les photos de l’annonce car le studio proposé est très mal entretenu.
L’accessibilité du studio est difficile 3ème étage par des escaliers très raide et étroit
Absence de Table et de chaises
Porte des toilette ne fonctionne plus
La porte de la douche a été remplacée par un rideau
Il est impossible de réalisé un repas
Les deux seul points positif
1 / la proximité du centre-ville de Dijon
2/ Un bon restaurant au bas du studio
