Location of the property is good. But cleaning is not good. Every where are dust. Geyser not working. Room are not cleaned, maintenance was not good at this property.

Service is very bad, intercom is not working, bathroom door lock & door is partially broken, wardrobe is not clean, 1 window lock is broken. Also main door lock is totally broken, they fixed it in another lock. But location is very good, you can see the sea on your bed.

The bathroom taps in bhaktisagar hotel are broken, making it inconvenient for guests to use water efficiently. Additionally, parts of the false ceiling in the bathroom are left exposed, giving an unfinished appearance and potentially causing dust and debris to accumulate. The water drainage hole is completely open without any protective mesh, which can lead to clogging and even allow pests to enter. Due to these issues, the bathroom feels incomplete and in need of maintenance. The lack of cleanliness further adds to the discomfort, leaving a negative impression. The broken fixtures and lack of basic repairs detract from the bathroom's functionality and hygiene. These issues could be resolved with routine maintenance, but the current state makes it hard for guests to feel comfortable and relaxed. The absence of proper finishing touches, like a protective mesh on the drain, makes the bathroom seem neglected and prone to more damage.

Staff behaviour is very rude & arrogant. Maintenance is zero, bathroom was very dirty & lock was broken. Light damage & door lock also broken. Such a good property like the very closest destination of the sea of old digha, but property is very unacceptable. This was my last booking of this property, before we stayed more than 3 times, but day by day the property got scraped. I was very shocked & never ever booked bhakti sagar again.

If any person from hotel staff changes they ask for booking voucher. Even at the time of checkout person asked for booking voucher. Hotel staff behaviour very bad. They made us feel like they are favoring us or we are getting room at free. Also the blanket was smelling like hell. Rooms were very dirty. Ac opened few hours later after checkin

Stayed 5 nights. Best location, room specious. Worst customer service, nobody is available at reception, even their mobile not recharged. So every time i had to come down from 2nd floor for service. Wifi password given but no internet. No mirror in bathroom. Door handel broken, ac had to repair twice. Shower not cleaned for long time. Food serving utensils were dirty. Nobody will be available in case of emergency. Atleast receptionist should present in counter. During checkout there was nobody to take keys, hence left to their deist at 8 am, touch i had informed previous nit about my departure.
