무틀루 아파트 오텔(Mutlu Apart Hotel)

Came back from mutlu on Monday, Lovely hotel & staff been coming here years and always been happy, the cleaners come everyday and is a very clean hotel, recently been refurbished it looks amazing, and is in walking distance to the centre, would highly recommend this hotel

Review written on behalf of my mother Hotel was good rooms were a nice size the beds were nice and comfortable clean towels were provided everyday rooms were nice and clean with plenty of hot water. Staff were lovely and friendly and Efkan the manager of the hotel was very approachable, The size of the pool was big enough to have a good swim in but a little bit cold but that’s to be expected with an outside pool! Bar was being refurbished whilst I was there last but I was there in 2023 and the hot drinks were lovely especially the coffee Overall a very positive experience with this hotel. Will be definitely be back!

Arrived to a dirty protest that had happened in the lift, room was ok. Bathroom well it worked toilet flushed shower worked tiles cracked and needed a cillet bang, pool area floods, tab ends old sunbeds oh and glass round the pool. Accident waiting to happen. Where these reviews of 3+ are from are delusional. Pics are truly edited the sunbeds are that close your sharing way too much. Non hotel access is worse loads of people walking in and just using small pool area this place isn’t even cheap and cheerful just rough as

I’ve had the most wonderful holiday at the Mutlu apart hotel. The staff are wonderful and can’t help you enough and so welcoming. The apartments are spotless clean and very comfatable for a family We ate in the hotel ad the food was beautiful Hoping to go back September as we fell in love there Thankyou mutlu for a wonderful holiday Ross family ❤️❤️

Had the best time, staff were fabulous, been going to Mutlu for years,can say it's a fab place to stay,location,staff and rooms are excellent. Thank you for a great holiday once again see you 2024 xxx

Been going to the mutlu over past 4 years, never had a problem even before the makeover always was a great place. This year all new staff and all amazing especially the bar men all most polite people! Orcun will go out of his way to help you with anything, really has the best customer service, such a helpful man, will go above and beyond. Dont always listen to bad reviews you get what you get for 3 star. People expect the ritz!

Been going to the mutlu a few years now. Sadly the otel went down hill where rooms and cleaning was concerned. However this trip the mutlu has improved 100% and the rooms upgraded. The staff are lovely and BERKAY who works reception is really helpful' speaks clear english and will do all he can to resolve any problems or concerns. The bar staff are polite and the pool area is now clean and cared for. Definitely a big improvement on previous visits

Very good experience I had a very nice rooms the bed was comfy big rooms had enough room for 3 people it was very nice bathroom good water pressure and never to cold or to hot swimming pool was nice and drink and food was good

Arrived given given paperwork in wrong name.guy angry as we said this is not us and a lot of people arrived at same time and he was getting stressed so we waited until he sorted them out . He then gave us a room with a double bed for 3 women to share obviously we said no and an argument started . The result was we stayed 1 night and were told to leave next day and they would try to find us a room . After my last visit i said never again the staff are rude unhelpful dont believe the nice reviews yes its better than it was but they have a bad attitude towards guests . Suggesting that in other countries its ok for 3 women to share a bed. We checked out and paid for another hotel.
