Just like to say what a great holiday we are having. The staff are so friendly and helpful, first class service. A special mention to Hulya at guest relations. It’s all inclusive the drinks and the food are all excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel😀

The hotel and the whole resort has excellent facilities. The food was amazing in terms of variety and quality. The staff throughout was very friendly, kind and attentive. We were particularly impressed by the highly professional and friendly service of Remziye who was working in the Pink rabbit section of the restaurant. The kids club, its staff and entertainment activities were very enjoyable for the kids. The kids enjoyed in particular the mini discos and the evening shows, the roller coaster and the warm pools, their favourite being the splash pool. We had a great time and will recommend this place to everyone. And we would love to come back again.

Stayed as a family of 4 with 2 children under 10years early April. Hotel is stunning and had a great holiday. Buffet food is really good as we were out of season wasnt as much choice as in full season. Got into a la cartes relatively easy, due to weather the outdoor ones were closed but they used cibes to do Italian and fish. Kids loved kids club the fair and splash park. Community pool and splash park were heated which was great for the kids. Kids loved ice lolly and ice creams in the fridges. Hulya on guest relations was amazing and would help with anything you needed. Staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Mini bar in room and snacks were great would definitely look to come back.

We visited this hotel June 2024 and had an amazing time. The rooms and communal areas were spotlessly clean. Our arrival was a late arrival and after being shown to our room we was directed to Cibes, one of the a la carte restaurants, for our evening meal. Our room had the most amazing view over looking the family pool and had an amazing beach view. Whilst there we ate at all the a la carte restaurants. Having to be up early to book them wasn’t ideal but we did manage to get a reservation most times. Food from the restaurants and buffet was delicious. The cakes, chocolate and ice cream from the patisserie were amazing (bring your elasticated pants 🤭) Our daughter enjoyed the mini disco, mini club, theme park and family entertainment. The entertainment at night needed some improvement but I’m hopeful that this has now been rectified. The fitness classes and gym were good. Drinks and service around the pools were great, staff were all helpful. We never choose the same hotel twice but our daughter has requested we return. So we are revising at the end of May. One negative Is that we were told, due to our late departure and having a young child with us, we could have the use of a room for a couple of hours. This was then retracted on departure date and we was told to use the facilities near the games area. We would have preferred to have private facilities and not to have been told one thing then another. We hope this has improved on our return.
