The wall was as thin as paper--you can hear everything from next door. The entire building did not have water--not even tap water.

Customer service is terrible and first impression is that u are going to be killed or robbed

This property was very well kept. Easy check-in process and very friendly front desk worker. Room was kept nice and tidy. Cleanliness was great!! I can’t tell you how please I was with the cleanliness. Quiet, comfortable, and pleasant. Would definitely come back.

Close proximity to cop shop, as well as a close walk to the liquor store.

First off, when we entered the room, the door stuck and we had to kick the door to open, the chain lock was broken, no blow dryer or iron (which are pretty standard), no coffee pot, shower curtain was stained, only had two towels, and didn't feel safe.

I've stayed in worse places but this place is only slightly better... some of the issues.... none of the outdoor keypads worked.. you always have to enter thru the lobby. Door to my room constantly handed requiring me to shoulder it closed... fire alarm was dismantled and setting on the TV... battery inside it was dead. Room had second door leading to old interior pool area that was falling apart (ceiling tiles falling in, etc.)...bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean... shower was hot and worked fine so it is what it is. I'll not stay here again though as there are other similarly priced options in the area.

I liked that the staff was friendly but the cleanliness needs improvement their was blood on the sheets

I expect limited amenities in cheap hotels like no coffee, no breakfast, limited room furnishings…but I do still expect clean and sanitized rooms. This room was not clean…blood and dirt marks on comforter/sheets; dirt/food leftovers on floors & mold in AC and bathroom.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The tub had black areas around it. Caulking and grout probably need replacing. Low budget but adequate.
