The shower head did not work. Also, it took more than half an hour for the hot water to start running. And the other shower head, the water pressure was just really bad. Could not get service on the TV, had to call the staff to come and fix it. Ordered black forest cake, it was just watery, seemed like they just sprayed it with water beforehand to make it moist. Really bad experience, not worth the price. Have been to other places in Nepal with the same price range with much better services.

The hospitality was lovely. The food was really good. They coordinated with us for a daycation and everything was lovely. Also provided us with a seperate room for the team near the pool which was great too. Everything was more than what we expected.

Everything was excellently good. Staff were amazing and food was good. We had a comfortable stay and rooms were clean and bed were comfortable to sleep. It’s a 5 Star 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 service. Really loved the overall stay, we will come back and best part was the live music. Took me back to my childhood days.

Bitter experience!!! We booked the hotel at one price, but during checkout, they asked for more money, and we paid. This left us disappointed, and we've now decided we won't go there again. However, we still wish the hotel a bright future and hope they improve their transparency.

Hotel aagantuk dhulikhel. We have bitter experience. We booked room at a specific price, during checkout, It was unexpectedly asked to pay more than the agreed amount. This lack of transparency and unprofessionalism is bitter. So this was last time for us.

The rooms and Natural Mountain views outside every room exceed your expectations and especially the Food here is amazing and portions are huge. Awesome Service. Totally worth visiting here with your friends, Family or date especially when weather is clear coz it gets misty here sometimes.
