Mr sumit made our event flawless and hospitality was good He and his team was always there for extending help Food was good rooms are neat clean well maintained Overall good experience Mr sumit is very nice and cooperative for any changes also

The saty was verry good. Also the hospitality and support staff was very helpful. Hrishikesh, Abhishek, Sanket and Aniket were verry helpfull. The property also had good eminities. We enjoyed the holi festival at the hotel. The rooms were also in good conditions

Good view, good ambience, nature serenity good location staff is good, Greek theme based resort, each banquet is name Greek godes. After reaching reception view of Greek main God(Zuse). 2 Restaurant Pure Veg And Multi cuisine. Most important kitchen is different

The property is really good and is well maintained. Also all the staff is very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the weekend leisurely. This property is not so far from Mumbai hence traveling is not that hectic. Special thanks to Sumit, Hrishikesh & Abhishek from Fern for great hospitality.

Lovely stay , peaceful ambience , delicious food , Very caring staff , at the Restaurants , particularly Vasanti Swami took great care of us , She was extremely hospitable and took great care in serving us , Looks simple from outside but unbelievably good from inside Chef Arnav was asking the best as he has perfect sense of taste and perfection We will keep coming here for short vacations Fern - KEEP IT UP

We had a wonderful stay. The hospitality & ambience was excellent. The staff was very well behaved, courteous & prompt. Special thanks to Abhishek, Rishikesh, Basuki, Prasad, Pankaj and the front desk , house keeping. The hotel is very well maintained and tastefully decorated. The food quality and taste was exquisite. 10/10 for everything.

The stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and polite. Rishikesh was very helpful and assisted us and ensured we were comfortable. Staff Aakash and Prasad were very helpful and professional. The SPA service was also excellent. Highly trained and professional staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the same to all our Family and Friends 🙂

The Fern Palghar is the best place for weekend gateaway if you want peace and relaxation. Staff here are really welcoming and helpful. Few we came across are Hrishikeeh, Akash, Prasad, etc very kind and humble. There's varieties in food and multiple restaurants to go with. Must try their Spa and Massage 💯 a bit on the higher side but worth paying. Vicinity is clam and beautiful.

The best services offered as I was with 3 senior citizens stuck in traffic a massive one the hotel guys helped in a phenomen way from staying to food Special shout out to umesh Rahul Akash kini n cherry on the cake Hrishikesh who was at our service any time Thank u all for this memorable day
