I am very happy with the stay. Room was well cleaned and good smell. Restaurant was nice too. Special mention for Shonali mam. Very well behavior and too supportive and helpfull stay. Thanks mam. She very well helped me with the booking and graceful stay.

We booked this hotel for our Barati stay. All 20 rooms were booked on triple occupancy. The manager: Sonali ma'am and her team including Mr. Sameer, really gave us one of the best hospitality. Rooms were tidy and clean. Water bottles tea coffee and breakfast was served on time. Even the restaurant (Skylit) it's ambience were really delightful. Thank you mastiff hotel and team for making this wedding hassle free.

The room in Mastiff Hotel, Dhanbad booked booked through MakeMyTrip for 3 pax as per the photo displayed (1 double bed and 1 single bed, only 2 seater sofa and a study table with a chair) but the room given was only for 2 pax and had only 1 double bed, 5 seater sofa set + 2 chairs+ study table with a chair.

Amazing hotel in terms of 1. Hospitality Hospitality is what they know it and cater it . All staff are so polite and supportive, be it ground staff , receptionist, Regional manager (Rakesh kumar). Kudos to team who made my long 6 day stay so comfortable. 2.Food and service The food was delicious and service by Niranjan , Sunny ,Suraj was Top notch , Rooftop dining was cherry on cake. Highly recommended.
