데센자노델가르다, Galleria Zacchi 근처 호텔

이 3-4 스타 호텔은 정확히 설명되어 있고 검토 된대로 5 성급 럭셔리 팰리스를 기대하지 마십시오. 그러나 조용한 위치에 좋은 호텔을 원한다면 Desenzano의 중심까지 10-15min 걸어 가면 법안에 적합합니다. 우리는 정기 체크인보다 일찍 도착했지만 친절한 리셉션 직원과 만났습니다. 나는 이것을 알고있는 Hotel Oliveto에게 이메일을 보냈고 약속대로 리셉션에서 가방을두고 우리 방이 준비 될 때까지 수영장과 수영장 바를 사용할 수있었습니다. 손수화물에 수건을 싸는 것을 잊었으므로 수영장 수건을 빌 렸습니다 (전체 체류 기간 동안 수건 1 인당 € 3 - 불합리하지 않음) 수영장은 25x10m이며 깨끗하고 과염화되지 않으며 사랑스러운 28도입니다. 휴식을 취하고 많은 라운지와 우산을 즐길 수있는 스파 코너가 있습니다. 가족 친화적 인 호텔은 많은 어린이를 보유했지만 수영장은 결코 과밀하지 않았으며 주변 공간도 없었습니다. 호수의 전망은 없지만 합리적으로 사적인 것 같아요. 풀바는 정오부터 7시까지 운영되며 간단한 스낵 음식(샌드위치, 토스트, 칩 등 합리적인 음료 범위와 함께 제공)을 제공한다. 분리된 그늘진 좌석 공간은 수영장에서 멀리서 먹을 수 있음을 의미한다. 우리가 방에 들어갔을 때, 그것은 더 오래된 스타일 중 하나였습니다 (예상대로). 새롭게 개조 된 사진은 훨씬 현대적이고 고급 스럽지만 우리가 가진 표준 더블은 사진에 따라 다릅니다. 잠, 일어나고 샤워하는 것 이외의 방에서 많은 일을 할 계획이 없었기 때문에 괜찮 았습니다. 욕실은 날짜가 있지만 온수, 합리적인 샤워 시설, 매우 좋은 AC가 많이 있으며 이전 리뷰에도 불구하고 WiFi가 꽤 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 4 성급 호텔에서 예상대로 다양했습니다. 주스, 커피 및 차, 시리얼, 과자 및 케이크, 유럽식 고기와 치즈, 요구르트, 신선한 과일 및 제한된 요리 된 아침 식사 항목으로 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 우리는 호텔이 가득 차있을 때 머물렀고 식사 공간이 가득 찼지 만 테이블을 기다릴 필요가 없었습니다. 오전 10 시까 지 봉사하는 것은 우리가 거짓말을 할 수 있다는 것을 의미했습니다. 우리가 사용한 다른 호텔 시설은 체육관이었습니다. 2대의 달리기 기계, 정지 사이클, 조정기, 다중무게 기계, 벤치, 무료 무게, 주전자, 스위스 공, 매트가 있는 합리적인 장소. 에어컨이 잘 되어 있어 예약이 필요했지만 (COVID 제약) 항상 원하는 슬롯을 얻을 수 있었습니다. 실내 수영장과 스파 회로가 있었지만 너무 좋고 뜨거웠고, 한번도 시도해 본 적이 없었습니다. 다른 리뷰는 그들에 대해 긍정적 인 것 같습니다. 우리는 호텔에서 저녁을 먹지 않았습니다. Desenzano del Garda는 Garda 호수의 서쪽 구석에있는 마을입니다. 일부 고급 상점이 있지만 일반적으로 많은 레스토랑이있는 느긋한 장소입니다. 트렌디 한 패션 바 나 나이트 클럽을 기대하지 마십시오. 관광에 의해 분명히 연료가 공급되지만 다시는 과밀하거나 협박하지 않습니다. 호텔에서 도심까지 10-15 분 거리에 문제가 없었습니다. 마을에는 라운지 / 그늘 대여, 페달로스 및 해변 레스토랑이있는 바위가 많은 해변이 있습니다. 우리는 놀라운 가족 달리기를 발견했습니다.

Great hotel and lovely atmosphere. All it was very good also the food. My children really enjoyed tge animation after dinner time. We had a departure quite early in the morning and they prepared for us 2 big breakfast. Wonderful service. I'll come back for sure.

Outstanding in every aspect. Most friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The facilities including the Wellness Centre and Spa were also first class.

Cute little hotel in a great location, a few minutes walk from the beach. My room didn’t have a balcony but it had a lovely view of the castle. Small room, perfect for one person but might have felt too small for a couple. Be aware of early morning truck/rubbish noise and church bells - just wear earplugs ;) They have a deal with a a nearby restaurant for discounted breakfast, which was tasty.

Absolute 5 star review for this beautiful hotel. Very easy to get to, ample parking if driving in, and if coming on the train it is a simple 15 minute downhill straight walk. The hotel is beautiful, quirky yet classic, immaculately clean. Interesting artwork and ornaments on display, lots to look at! Reception staff are friendly, courteous and so pleasant, at all times! We stayed in room 102, it was warm, comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. Mini bar was so cheap too!! Plenty of storage in our spacious room for luggage and clothes. Breakfast was amazing!!! One of the best breakfast experiences we have had on our travels, everything was beautifully fresh and well presented. Local area is lovely, plenty of shops and bars/restaurants within 10 mins. The harbour to catch the local ferries is across the road 2 minutes away. Park hotel, I would award 10 stars if I could, we enjoyed every minute and will return for sure! Grazie!

The fabric of the hotel is very good. Clean and fresh and so it should be as I believe it has recently been refurbished. If you want a hotel where there is daytime/night time entertainment this is not for you. It is generally a quiet relaxing hotel. Children are allowed but they will have to provide their own entertainment. There are three pools, one in the spa, one adults only and one that children can use. The pool bar was not in operation while we were there. The hotel is a 50 min walk from the town of Lazise on reasonable paths that are shared with cyclists. But you take your life in your own hands as the cyclists and scooter riders just fly past with no warning. A taxi into town costs 15-20 euro. There is no shuttle bus at the hotel even though it indicates there is on the trip advisor hotel listing. And to the reviewer who says it is a 5 min walk to the lake..you are wrong. I would say it is at least 15 mins and that includes a shortcut through a vineyard and a campsite. The rooms are a decent size. Storage for clothes could be improved with more drawer/shelf space. There is a fridge (no mini bar) which on arrival has two bottles of water in. It seems pot luck as to whether the water is replenished. A good size TV but maybe only 3 English channels (news). The bedside lamps are quite dim...not enough light to read by. All rooms have a balcony or terrace for ground floor. There was no milk to make hot drinks. We purchased some from the local supermarket. Breakfast is more or less typical for a holiday hotel. Fresh fruit..well melon and pineapple, yogurts. Continental style with meats and cheeses plus a pastry section. Don't expect a full English here.... there is bacon, fried egg and sausage but that is all. The food was a decent quality. There is a gripe I do have in that when the bread ran out we were tod it was finished and no more would be coming out.....this wasn't at the end of the breakfast sitting but with still 45 mins to go. NOT ACCEPTABLE. One thing that we observed was a family who loaded up breakfast food of all description including fresh fruit, as well as taking water bottles from the display and then blatantly took it back to their rooms. They took plates piled high and filled bags. It wasn't as if they were having breakfast in their rooms as they were eating breakfast in the dining room. They were clearly taking food to eat later in the day! The staff knew but did nothing. Maybe that is why they ran out of bread. We only dined in the evening twice. The menu is not extensive .....in fact there were only two choices of main meal. Other course were labelled starter, first course, second course, so maybe you are supposed to have one of each course because the size of the main dish is not huge. If you have a decent appetite you will need more than one course. The main problem with this hotel is the lack of staff. There was not enough waiting staff at all so tables were delayed in getting cleared and more importantly food

Wir hatten direkt über die Homepage des Hotels gebucht. Dort angekommen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Anlage aus zwei Komplexen besteht. Einmal aus den Apartments/Hotelzimmern direkt an der Rezeption und auf der anderen Straßenseite eine weitere Apartmentanlage (ebenfalls mit Pool). Von außen erst mal alles sauber. Dann bekamen wir unser Apartment und waren schockiert. Das Apartment war total abgewohnt und dreckig (Duschkopfhalterung kurz vorm abbrechen und verrostet, Schimmel in der Dusche, dreckige Möbel, die Schlafcouch mit einer Matratze von ca. 5 cm Dicke und mit Stahlfedern im Rücken jede Nacht, etc.). Nicht mal annähernd wie die 4 Sterne von der Webseite, eher Stand 90er Jahre. Als wir dies dem Hotelbesitzer mitteilten, erfuhren wir, dass die meisten Apartments in der 2. Anlage nicht zu dem Hotel gehören, sondern privaten Besitzern und nur über das Hotel vermittelt werden. Davon war bei der Buchung nichts zu lesen. Man darf sich also überraschen lassen, ob man ein sauberes, gepflegtes und modernes Apartment bekommt oder nicht. Der Hotelbesitzer bestätigte uns allerdings auch, dass im Internet nur die Fotos der schöneren Apartments des Hotels gezeigt werden. Nachdem wir ein zweites Mal mit dem Hotelbesitzer gesprochen haben und ihm gesagt haben, dass wir dieses Apartment nicht mal für die Hälfte des Preises gebucht hätten, hat er uns für die letzte Nacht ein Apartmentwechsel angeboten, früher ginge nicht, da nichts frei ist. Auch bot er uns an, einen Teil des Preises zu erstatten, darauf warten wir allerdings bis heute. Dadurch, dass die Apartments, in der zweiten Anlage überwiegend in italienischem Privatbesitz sind, werden die Poolliegen schon morgens von diesen mit Handtüchern reserviert und man hat nur die Wahl, selbst früh aufzustehen und zu reservieren oder zum Hotel zu laufen und dort am Pool zu schwimmen. Wobei früh auch relativ ist, der Pool darf leider nur von 09-19 Uhr benutzt werden. Die Klimaanlage stank ebenfalls, auch im längeren Betrieb. Die Möbel und das ganze Zimmer waren verdreckt, kein Staubsauger vorhanden. Besteck und Geschirr war nicht ausreichend vorhanden, nicht mal für 4 Personen. Schimmel im Kaffeekocher. Gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt wurde bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche nur einmal, und das erst nach 5 Tagen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und höflich! Der Ort ist relativ ruhig und man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten am Strand. Viel mehr ist da nicht los. Wir würden in Zukunft einen etwas belebteren Ort wählen.
