Amazing 5* and 10/10 … we will definitely return!! We arrived and were met immediately from the taxi by Jackie, our amazing host for the stay, Jackie could not do enough for us, he offered to arrange a last minute dinner for us and cook himself that evening but we ended up going to a restaurant in town - he wrote all our preferred food on a notepad and his colleague then drove us to restaurant (and return journey too!) - Jackie’s notes in Chinese helped with any language barriers. In the morning we had mix English-Chinese breakfast and they kindly made dumplings for us (as the restaurant the night before didn’t serve dumplings) Great walk up the hill again directed by Jackie Thank you and we look forward to visiting again

Lovely spot with lots of potential. The owner is very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He arranged transportation, made restaurant reservations for us, and arranged a horse riding tour. He even generously passed on the commission he got from the horse riding stable to us. We were very happy with the room and the pool. It was a bit difficult to get a Didi or taxi to this out-of-the-way location, but the owner took of that. The public areas of the hotel are cluttered with old furniture and need some repairs, but with a bit of cleaning up, this place will be a hidden gem.

Randolph Li looked after us amazingly from the moment we arrived. He was so helpful by recommending restaurants to eat, altering breakfast to suit our tastes, and ensuring that everything we needed was there when we asked. He even had the jacuzzi fixed just because I asked. The hotel is in a great location. It's very near Naked Stables and a few scenic spots. Also, everything you need is about a 15-minute car drive away. The views are also beautiful, however currently they are marred by some construction work across the road. The hotel, although dated and some parts uncared for, was very quaint. Our family room was lovely. It was very spacious and clean. I'd definitely recommend and stay again.
