호텔 팔라우 베드 어른 전용

We arrived to this lovely hotel and got a great first impression. Lovely garden area and a friendly and helpful receptionist who spoke great English. Once I opened the door to our room, I immediately got an unpleasant sewage smell. I aired the room and hoped it would go away. The room was basic and lacked any character and the bathroom was even more basic. The smell didn’t go away so I asked if we could be moved. Unfortunately the hotel was full so no luck there. I was advised later that the cleaning lady checked it and the smell was gone. Needless to say it wasn’t. We went out that evening and when we returned the gates were locked. Reception was closed so we couldn’t get into the hotel grounds. We climbed over the gate!! Again reception was closed the following morning so I couldn’t even make a complaint. All very disappointing

Ok - so if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of Denia this isn’t the place for you, it’s a good 25 minute walk out of town. If you want a stunning small hotel, lovely ambience, great vista, free parking, just a short walk from great snorkelling beach, lovely breakfast, quiet, nice pool, friendly staff, amazing value for money- this is the place to book. As I write this it’s 01.00 sat in lovely garden sipping a glass of wine. Hardly seen another guest since we arrived. Love this place

Un hotel solo para adultos pero que no tiene recursos para tomarse una copa en el jardin, que por cierto está muy descuidado. La habitación está bien y el desayuno buffet dentro de lo normal. Considero que al estar alejado de la zona centro del pueblo podría dar mas servicios para tomarte algo en la zona de la piscina o en el jardín. Tiene instalación de bar pero no está operativo, no hay personal para atenderlo, si quieres tomar algo, debes ir a recepción. Parking gratuito pero con una rampa peligrosa. En las inmediaciones solo dos lugares para comer o cenar. El hotel en si necesita más mantenimiento. Al ser un lugar apartado dentro de una urbanización de chalets se respira tranquilidad, pero dependes del coche continuamente. Aunque hay autobús urbano, no tiene mucha frecuencia y termina a las 21 h.

Somos clientes de hace muchos años, y hemos notada que ya no es lo que era, la calidad del desayuno va bajando, en la piscina hay muchos mosquitos, debe ser por el jardín o agua estancada, pero este año nos han devorado. Deberían solucionar y mejor estos aspectos y recuperar lo que eran, un Hotel boutique, pues ahora no va en consonancia calidad, precio y servicio.

Klein zeer verzorgd hotel. Personeel erg behulpzaam geweldige tuin. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. We komen terug op deze geweldige plek. Auto gratis parkeren in de garage. Op loopafstand van het schone strand

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo y el hotel se le puede llamar con encanto. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y la piscina también, el servicio muy atentos. No dispone de restaurante pero dentro del grupo hay hoteles con restaurante e inmediatamente nos reservaron para comer, si disponen de bufet para el desayuno y es espectacular.
