For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: terrace, garden furniture, parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 10 m, bar 10 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 170 m. There were huge cockroaches all over the yard that entered the house as soon as we opened a door or window. They came every night through the wall of the Indian restaurant next door. We threw all the products we could find but it was of no use. The mattre

A/C only in living room and low power. Cockroaches daily throughout the house. Low quality mattresses and pillows. Apartment attached to a restaurant with odors and a lot of noise. It does not have reserved parking for vehicles.
