The rooms were not well cleaned. Bedsheets and blankets were not fresh.

The hotel was good, the rooms were decent, the bathroom was clean but the shower didn't work, the staff was friendly, polite and well spoken but the hotel policy of not sending food to you room is a downer as far as service is concerned also sehore is not a very developed place so after 10 everything is shut out side so if the hotel keeps their resturant open of a a longer period then that would be great. No thank you.

Extra bed was provided without any bedsheet and pillow, no toiletries were present. When asked for it the answer was we don't give any. Water bottle was provided in the first day only.

This is the nearest hotel from railway station. I able to catch train when only 10 min left and i was in hotel. No dental bath kit provided
