Fantastic first experience of India our host Pankaj is like family he goes above and beyond to ensure you have the most memorable and smooth running experience. He helped us with airport transfer, money changing, international sim card, showed us the local restaurants, markets and metro station which is a 10 minute walk away. As we had no local currency he even loaned us some our first night to get dinner. He is extremely knowledgeable and can give you so much information a delightful host and conversationalist. His staff (Mr Singh especially) are so helpful and friendly and always willing to supply their fantastic tea. We also used the laundry service and our clothes were returned clean and smelling lovely. The bed is super king size and very comfortable, the fridge is large and stocked with water there is tea, coffee and tasty biscuits. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of hot water, soap shampoo, conditioner and fresh towels. There is a hairdryer, microwave and iron for guest use . We were top floor and there is a balcony area to use. The surrounding area was very safe with lots of nice restaurants . We will definitely stay with Pankaj when we are back in Delhi for our flight home.

Not only is the homestay comfortable and spacious, but Pankaj is an incredible host. He took time out of his days to show us around the local area, the best street food markets and help us to figure out the best ways to travel around the city! If you're looking for somewhere friendly to stay in Delhi, I would highly recommend Tatvamasi Homestay as the place to be! Thank you Pankaj 🙌🏻

We received a generous and heartfelt welcome from Pakraj at Tatvamasi on our first night in India. It is people who make travel such a rewarding experience. Pakraj and Tatvamasi are all about people. His reception area became the crossroads of the stories of dozens of interesting fellow travellers. Chai was always available and conversation was always fun and generous and helpful. Pakraj was generous with his time and was always willing to offer helpful advice and, at times, even drive us to places in the neighbourhood. Our door will always be open to Pakraj when he visits Australia, and his door will be the first we knock on when next we visit Delhi. Loved every minute there.

Pankaj was wonderful. Other reviews have said it already, but he really cares about his guests. He is the ideal innkeeper. I was struggling to pay a bike rental booking online because I'm a foreigner and he let me use his upi to secure the booking. The room was to the standard of a 4 star hotel and the shops nearby have everything you might need. Thank you

I have stayed in Tatvamasi Homestay many times so far and indeed, that is the best place to stay in Delhi for couple of reasons. Location is just great. Homestay is literally in the park, in very nice residential area full of excellent restaurants, bars and people. Area and homestay are super clean, safe and polite. Pankaj Ji, the host, is Legend of this house and he is really professional and pleasent friend. Place keeps being renovated and improved (modernized). Pankaj keeps hosting and helping travelers no matter if they are injured and they need help, or he just takes them for a walk to the local market or gives them a lift to the nearby metro station. I don't need touristic advices so I enjoy having chai and sweet chit chat with him. Please, do not skip Subhan and the rest of Pankaj's team because they constantly do fantastic work in the background to provide really easy going experience in the Homestay. This homestay really is a home from home in Delhi. Pankaj the owner could not do enough to help us navigate our introduction to Delhi He arranged Sim cards, brought us on tour of the local area, identified eccellect restaurants for us and even did metro drops He even texted us one night we were late returning to the Homestay to make sure we weren't lost In addition the homestay is very comfortable and has everything you could need . Five stars all the way! 👏

After I read so many great reviews about Tatvamasi Homestay, I was very curious about it and decided to stay here as well. And all I can say is, that it was the best decision!!! The owner of the Homestay, Pankaj, is really an amazing person! He is such a warm, kind and friendly guy and unbelievably helpful and supporting with really everything you ask for. Besides, he is giving so many great tips and recommendations to explore the city. I can't say often enough what a wonderful host he is!! I felt immediately like home. Also his mother and his staff, they are all so nice! I couldn't have asked for a better place to start my India trip. I can just fully recommend this homestay and I will ALWAYS come back here whenever I'm in Delhi again! Last but not least, the rooms are very spacious and clean, there is very fast WLAN, and the location is super quiet and central in a nice neighborhood.

It is clean and secure places for families, centrally located, spacious well furnished ac rooms. Owner is well informed and staff members are very courteous. I would highly recommend this place for all kind of traveller's. Very spacious to keep all your languages.

My girlfriend and I stayed at tatvamasi homestay for one night and loved it. Last time I was in Delhi I went to Paharganj (the neighborhood most hostels are in) which is so intense. So we only booked for one night, but the neighborhood tatvamasi is in is so much nicer. The host, Pankaj is also incredible, he organised an airport pickup and showed us around the neighborhood. His positive energy is infectious. Our only regret is not staying here longer. Having been to Delhi twice now I can definitely say that this is the place you want to stay for your visit.
