stay was good and room is neet and clean food is also amezing and location is good staff was very friendly and corporate

The property is not worth staying as lot of disturbance early in the morning(5 AM) by hotel staff, Property is very old and not maintained properly , Its not clean also the morning breakfast(food) was very perthitic. I can say its too costly as I paid for a night which is not at all worth. Also I asked for IGST invoice but they gave SGST & CGST which I cannot take input credit in my firm as this trip was a business trip.

To people who may consider to choose this hotel please please check the room first and then choose to stay... The room they allocated to us was a dissapointment if not a disater!! It was so moldy I couldnt breathe in it!! Everything in the bathroom from the leaking taps to the hair dryer wire had mold on them and I didnt even try to take a shower there.... there was this limited hours of hot water availability from 6 A.M to 11 A.M and 6 P.M to 10 P.M during which It wasnt getting warm until you waste so much water... The beddings were not clean and had yellow spots on them... they didnt even come for room cleaning.... The Dining area was soooo sad you didnt want to eat anything there... but the dining staff and the breakfast menu was OK....

Old property. Lift not working properly. Buliding front only looks good. Staff not cooperative. Loctionn is good

Poor experience. Was given a room on the ground floor. It very noisy outside the room window. Seems like there was a kitchen or a working area on the other side of the window. Employees were singing and yelling there. Window was just covered with opaque film so i couldn't see. Breakfast was poor quality. Breakfast area was like a storage room. Half the area lights were off. In the other half, the seating had been just randomly placed. The tv was missing from the room, nobody bothered to check before putting a guest in. There was no hot water in the shower. They said guests are to ask for the boiler to be turned on. There was no drinking water in the room. When asked, they said we have already provided bottles in the room when they hadn't! i understand its not a 5-star but you shouldn't be running a hotel at all if could care less about running a hospitality unit.

It was a very good stay with orion hotel. Service is excellent. Enjoy a lot all staffs are helping and good behavior. Near to market. Room and washroom is clean and hygiene
