Experience Disney like a local in this 2-bedroom cottage. The cozy space features 1 king bed, 1 full daybed with twin trundle, perfect for a small family. Enjoy the convenience of rock crawling, boating or spending time in the lake or hot tub. Our place will help you feel at home while you're on Grand Lake. Please note it is a rural area with tiny towns and not much to do unless you boat, swim or crawl.
Have big rigs or boats? Don't worry...trailer parking is a few driveways down at Mountain Mama's fenced and monitored 3 acres lot. There are 2 security cameras at Tia Juana Cove, one facing the driveway and parking area and another on the boat dock covering all 3 slips. Please ADD pets to reservations. No trailers at the Cove. 2 car limit but extra parking at Mountain Mama's.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 13-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 23.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 20.

This property was perfect for a short getaway. My husband and I brought our two dogs with us for the first time. They loved swimming in the lake and the views from inside the cabin. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The bed and linens were a treat. The outside deck railing is a little precarious. Other than that this house is in a perfect location and we will definitely be returning.

The pictures are true to what the place looks like. The place is nicely decorated and they’ve made good use of a smaller space. The view from the deck is nice and the sunset views from the dock are beautiful! Eric is quick to respond and is incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Awesome View of the lake!
This place is perfect for a weekend getaway—we absolutely loved it! The view is fantastic, and its location just outside of town means you can avoid the traffic during events at Disney. Plus, Eric is great to work with, making the whole experience even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Eric!
