Those who are travel-ling by train or bus, the location of this hotel property is good. Staff is courteous and prompt. Only one thing was missing, an electric heater could have been provided or offered in the room due to extreme cold weather. Food quality is good. The restaurant can be upgraded with a proper and better bar.

예약하기 전에 여기 음식이 별로라고 하시는 분들을 많이 봤는데 많이 떨렸어요. 조식뷔페를 먹어보니 괜찮은데 종류가 많지는 않았지만 퀄리티는 괜찮았습니다. 불평할 수 있는 시설입니다. 화장실과 샤워실이 따로 분리되어 있지 않습니다. 그 당시에는 디자인이 고려되지 않은 것은 이해할 수 있습니다. 그런데 이해할 수 없는 것은 샤워커튼을 추가하면 안 될까요? 목욕을 하고 나면 욕실에 물이 튀고 엉망이 되었습니다. 나중에 화장실을 이용하거나 양치질을 하고 싶으면 들어가야 합니다.

Value for money. Excellent location, and service. But breakfast was served in the room with only one choice i. E. . Paratha. They had no choice to offer in breakfast. We had only one choice whether to have it or leave. Good for short period of stay.

The hotel is just opposite to the Dehradun Railway Station. Some part of it is still under construction. But, from stay perspective, it is ready. We visited and stayed here on our way to a Himalayan Trek. The overall experience was good. The check-in was pretty smooth. Being a new hotel, everything appears and feels new. The room was good with bright colors. Room size was decent. It had a small balcony. The bathroom was neat & clean. The bedding was of good quality. The room had all required amenities. We were family of 3 and hence required additional bed. It was provided immediately on request. The portable bed was also of good quality. The hotel has a small restaurant as well. However, it was priced on a bit higher side. The food items we requested had different portions and when we enquired about it, they did not bother to check and correct it. The food taste was good though. Overall, it's a nice little hotel good for short stay near the railway station.

훌륭한 위치, 아름다운 주변 분위기, 훌륭한 직원. 가장 친절하고 도움이되는 안내 원과 직원, 사랑스럽고 호텔의 첫인상. 호텔에 관한 모든 것이 예외적이었습니다. 우리가 저녁을 먹었던 곳에서 훌륭한 서비스와 함께 깨끗하고 세련되고 넓습니다. 음식은 훌륭하고 돈을 위해 훌륭한 가치였으며 서비스는 세심하고 효율적이었습니다. 방 자체는 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있고 편안했습니다. 나는 나의 체류에 매우 만족했습니다. 앞으로 더 오래 방문하기 위해 돌아올 수 있기를 바랍니다.

Rooms and bathroom were clean and hygiene, also they give complementary water bottles plus tea and coffee in deluxe room. Food is also very tasty and good quality.

Poorly managed place with an all too-powerful manager by the name of Ashish. He is so discourteous that even the senior of the owners, Mr. Banasal, has no control on the goings on in the resort. If Ashish says that room will be given in Rs.5000/- only then there is no fall back to talk to. Ashish himself tells people that he works under junior Bansal only and senior Bansal cannot do anything. God help this disrespectful manager. Bansals need to quickly get rid of Ashish to improve the resort.

We booked 2 Super Deluxe rooms based on info available online, interaction with resort management and reviews on TripAdvisor but the resort didn't meet our expectations. Rooms are very basic with double bed, side tables and a mirror without baggage rack, no dressing table, no chairs. Few old/damaged chairs placed in balcony. Bathroom in room no 301 had peculiar/bad smell like from sewer line, bathroom in 302 is too small, not as shown in pics. Air freshener spray didn't improve the smell which required better solution. Hot water insufficient as geyser is 20/25L in 301 and 15L in 302. Imagine getting hot water initially which becomes cold after you are halfway in shower. Very bad experience in the shower for my wife. No hand/face napkins provided. Hygiene poor in rooms, restaurant. Breakfast was average, decent taste but menu and service require improvement. No fresh fruits, limited breakfast menu, average tea, juices. Rooh afza was served on one day, juice, cold coffee on other days. Menu for lunch, dinner has many items but one can't be sure about fresh ingredients as resort occupancy was low, hardly any guests in the restaurant. Quite expensive for the quality and service. Rooms had TV service but IPL channel was not available, provided next day. TV service stopped for a day in 302 as it could not be charged. Hotel set up requires more professional management. Wifi signal was very weak even close to source at the reception. Overall average experience with the facilities and location which is quite far from city. Not worth the room charges and as claimed. Our rating is 1* for the quality of rooms and service or atmost 2* for the view of valley. Shall not recommend to anyone.
