호텔은 우리가 겪은 모든 문제를 해결해 주셔서 감사했습니다. 리셉션의 카나야는 훌륭한 고객 서비스를 제공했습니다. 이전에도 이 호텔에 묵은 적이 있었고, 앞으로도 확실히 라마다 데라둔을 다시 선택할 것입니다.

객실은 비교적 넓고 시설이 완비되어 있습니다.

저희는 데라둔의 라마다 호텔에서 대규모 파티를 열었고, 그 경험은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 계획부터 실행까지 모든 디테일이 순조롭게 진행되었습니다. 그날 저녁은 기억에 남는 순간, 우아한 장식, 환상적인 음식, 활기찬 분위기로 가득 찼습니다. 이 모든 것은 호텔의 뛰어난 팀 덕분이었습니다. 호텔은 저희 행사에 완벽한 배경을 제공했습니다. 도시 중심부에 위치하여 모든 손님이 쉽게 접근할 수 있었고, 이는 많은 참석을 보장하는 데 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 장소 자체는 숨 막힐 듯 아름다웠습니다. 높은 천장, 크리스털 샹들리에, 아름다운 장식이 있는 넓은 볼룸이었습니다. 분위기는 고급스럽고 세련되었지만, 손님들이 즐길 수 있을 만큼 편안했습니다. 호텔의 Ashutosh Kotnala 씨의 코디네이션 팀은 정말 뛰어났습니다. 첫 만남부터 그들은 저희가 행사에 대해 상상한 바를 정확히 이해했고, 실현하기 위해 끊임없이 노력했습니다. 그들은 행사 일정부터 케이터링 옵션, 심지어 장식 제안까지 모든 것에 대한 전문적인 조언을 제공했습니다. 그들은 또한 모든 물류를 효율적으로 처리하여 큰 날에 세부 사항에 대해 걱정할 필요가 없도록 했습니다. 의사소통이 명확하고 신속하여 전체 프로세스가 원활하고 스트레스 없이 진행되었습니다.

The food and service at the restaurant for breakfast was amazing. Special mention to Akash and Lokesh for their insightful and attentive service. The rooms are beautiful, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Tasty food. Great variety. Had a Lovely time.

Best service services at restaurant and specially Ms Anjali is very prompt for the services and very disciplined and soft spoken. Very homely feeling at the restaurant . Totally a good experience of comfort and it is in heart of the city. Rooms are sufficient space and nicely constituted the all the things

Hotel was pretty good, staff were friendly and welcoming. Stayed here for one night but had no problems. I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff. The restaurant served a wide range of international dishes. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Highly recommend to others.

Good hospitality at this venue. They keep looking after their guests. Especially the food options are pretty decent. I liked the cleanliness of the rooms too. Staff were courteous and amenable. The hotel is located in central city which makes it good for both business and personal stay

A Pleasant stay nestled at the foothills of the mountains, great staff , spacious rooms and lovely breakfast. Special mention of Sanjay at the restaurant who proactively catered to all requirements. Even everyone at the reception, housekeeping is very warm and welcoming. Will visit again!
