Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was friendly. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance.They allowed me to check in early and check out late. Will go back again.

“Very nice experience ” I had a very pleasant stay at Viveka Hotel. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly. Chef Manikkaraj took special care of our dietary needs, ensuring we had a great experience. Manager Vinod was fantastic, a one-stop solution for all our requirements, and it’s clear he has trained his team well. Usani and Heshna at the front office were very helpful and sweet. Special thanks to Kumar for his kind hospitality. Overall, a wonderful stay!

All the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable, but although the bed had a lovely thick duvet, it meant you had to have the aircon on all night. The ceiling fan was a little noisy, even at its lowest speed. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any of the WiFis to work, the TV didn't have any working channels, and the safe didn't work. The bathroom had a great shower with lots of hot water. Although the front of the hotel is on a busy main road, my room (211) was very quiet. It's a very short TukTuk ride to the beach and beach bars (or you can walk!).

Great room and facilities and a great price. The staff were all very helpful in showing me around and giving me pointers (first time in Sri Lanka) and very friendly. Definitely recommend. The location is just outside of the city has a more local feel which was nice. Close to a lot of areas
