Awesome panoramic view Breathing view of kanchanjunga from the balcony It was an amazing experience Food was delicious and more than adequate Some drainage problem was there at the toilet in room 201 but it is manageable We are thinking for the future staying in Summit group hotels

I recently stayed at Summit Grace Boutique Hotel and Spa (Darjeeling) and would say that I have had the best experience as compared to any other hotels where I have stayed earlier. The various factors which have led me to this conclusion are : 1. HOSPITALITY The amazing hospitality of the staff, be it at the reception or the housekeeping or the restaurant or any other department. They have been very helpful, friendly and supportive with their outstanding and dedicated service with which they catered to every guest with a smile. Incident 1 : Even at 1:30 a.m. when I faced some issue, just one phone call at the reception was needed to sort out the issue within 10 minutes. Incident 2 : In our neighbouring room, a kid was there and the parents were trying to arrange for milk for the child at around 10:00 p. And the restaurant staff coordinated amongst themselves and arranged for that within 10 - 15 minutes. Incident 3 : I am allergic to a few food items and those were there in the buffet but still they managed to specially arrange for food without using those food ingredients and prepare items separately for me without any additional charges. Incident 4 : We changed our room from the Deluxe Room to the Chalet Room and some of the T.V. channels were not subscribed. We called the reception and they immediately got the recharge done and within a few minutes all required channels were made available. 2. LOCATION : The location of the hotel is away from the crowds of the city and Mall Road and is located at a higher level up the hills which gives us not only a calm and peaceful environment for a vacation but also an amazing view of the city, the tea gardens and most importantly the Kanchenjunga right from our room's window / balcony. 3. RESTAURANT AND FOOD : Thr quality and the quantity of food was too good and the taste enriched more with the hospitality of the restaurant staff who sometimes considering our food allergies, especially prepared certain dishes without adding those ingredients which created allergic reactions and all this was done without any additional charges to help us savour them and enjoy our meals. I would highly recommend Summit Grace Boutique Hotel to everyone and Thanking the entire team of the hotel for making this trip so special and memorable.

It was great experience. The staff and management team are very helpful and well mannered. I want to share one incident, I forgot my Swarovski necklace in the room on side table of bed and that is quite costly, when I reach Siliguri I realised and immediately I calle to the hotel, and you won't believe within a 20 minutes they solved my problem and next day they courier my good to my address and now I have it with me. I want to say big thank you to Niyati and Savina, they are honest and helpful because of the theme my necklace is with me. Thank you so much

My recent stay at the hotel was pleasant, with a lovely mountain view from my Deluxe room. However, there were a couple of issues - the hot blower wasn't working properly and there were no door-mats in the washroom. But the staff, particularly Niyati, Saraswati, and Satyam, were exceptional - very courteous and responsive. It is important to note that the hotel is situated at height. Hence, commuting by walk to and from Mallroad is not possible without vehicle.

Excellent Hospitality The hotel staff made our stay memorable with their excellent service. Our room was spacious with a cozy bed and clean linen. They made sure we had everything we needed. Great value for money!
