나는 이 호텔에 3일 동안 묵었는데 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다. 호텔은 모든 면에서 승자입니다. 수락샤 선생님이 이끄는 직원분들이 정말 훌륭하시고, 한 분 한 분 모두 매우 정중하고 정중하십니다. 호텔 내부의 인테리어 작업은 훌륭하며 객실 발코니에서 보이는 거대한 칸찬중가(Kanchanjunga)의 전망은 놀랍습니다. 음식은 좋고 아침 식사 스프레드는 괜찮습니다. 한 가지 사소한 문제는 도시의 중심부와 유사한 Mall Road 중심의 휴가를 보내고 있는 경우 1.2km를 걷거나 편도 약 ₹400의 택시 요금을 지불해야 한다는 것입니다. 호텔의 시설이 사소한 위치 결함을 은폐하기 때문에 기꺼이 감수할 수 있는 문제입니다. 북적거리는 관광객들보다 한적한 휴가를 선호하는 이들에게는 이곳이 플러스 포인트가 될 수도 있다. 다시 방문할 예정..

Pl. Do not book online and trust summit hotels the way we do for Oberoi, Taj or ITC group hotels. The online booking experience with summit hotels has been a nightmare. Booked presidential suite with jacuzzi and balcony and after making the payment and getting the confirmation pdf, I receive a call that it was a technical glitch and got down graded to a premium room with balcony and bathtub. The difference in tariffs is over $125 which I am yet to receive as a refund.

Excellent service by the hotel staff. Suraksha, Khushboo, Kabita, Renu, Sushma & Romia have been excellent and have made the stay a pleasure. We would definitely recommend this property to others visiting Darjeeling. Had a memorable and pleasant stay.

The rooms were very well cleaned and beautiful as well as the view we got was amazing. One problem was that the bed warmer on one side wasn't working. Apart from that it was a very good stay and the services were very prompt.

We had a lovely stay at West Gate. The staff were all super friendly. The beds were very comfy and we had beautiful views of Darjeeling from our balcony. The walk from the hotel into town was easy aa it was just ***** the main road so very convenient to explore the town.
