Review against Mount Hotels This is specifically for Mount Queens Hills , Mirk . Terrible stay. Highly unprofessional staff . As vegetarian We had requested packed vegetarian breakfast and we were given eggs. Lots of bed bugs and mosquitos in the room. Vegetarians please avoid. Add ons :- Stinky rooms , TV not working , Gaps in windows that had free entry to plenty of insects, bathroom tap was continuously leaking. If you have a free stay offered still its safe and worth avoiding . This place ruins all the goodies of a beautiful lake and town . They are bad at hospitality and services to an extent that their Guest Relations Team is itself so bad at resolving issues that I found it important to highlight that general functioning of the company is bad so please dont book your stay with any Mount Properties. Its your vacations so dont spend 1500 rupees also for these properties as its worth a hassle far more…Better book a good property and have peace of mind.

I took a suite room and it was beautiful with all the amenities provided , the bathtub was properly cleaned and the hotel was so warm and cozy . The city view was truly amazing. The cozy space at the restaurant was also very amazing . I tried the Swedish massage and got discounts as well . In short the properly is in good location , very well maintained , clean linens and the food was great too . My overall experience was awesome and we had a great time at the table tennis area too.

I recently stayed at Mount Hotel for a weekend and had a truly pleasant experience. We stayed in a suite room, and both the rooms attached were spacious and comfortable. The location is another major plus, it’s peaceful and away from crowded areas, making it perfect for personal time and mental peace. The food was delicious and offered a good variety, catering well to different tastes. I’d especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by Anamika and the rest of the F&B team. Anamika was really sweet and attentive to us, she ensured our dinner was served on properly according to our choices. Choki and the guest relations team (I forgot the name of the lady) were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The front desk staff were supportive and even followed up with us regarding our spa appointments and meal timings, which was a thoughtful gesture and a must for hospitality industry. A special thank you to the lady at the spa, she gave us an amazing spa experience. She was sweet, classy, and made us feel truly relaxed. I would love to book an appointment with her again. Also, a big thank you to the housekeeping team for maintaining the room so well. I would definitely recommend Mount Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed place to stay. The food was 10/10, and so was the ambience. Looking forward to visiting again, sometime soon

My wife and I stayed at Mount Lungta Boutique Hotel & SPA, Jorebungalow, Ghoom Darjeeling (WB) from 21st May to 24th May. We enjoyed our stay. 1. Location is very much at a center for moving freely to all sites 2. The Staff were extremely courteous and helpful in every way. 3. Particularly we would like to acknowledge the wonderful service of Ms Sapnam at Front office, Rabina, Dichen, Mandeep, Anand, Ameesha at F&B and Aman of House Keeping. These are wonderful people and very courteous, always on the move and helped for all our specific requirements. Wish them all the best for maintaining good quality service for all their guests

We had a wonderful stay at Mount lungta the views and the food was quite excellent and we enjoyed it thoroughly, The staff mention mis sapnam and the Mr Dikchen ,Ms Rabina the service by each and every employee was quite amazing and safe to say one of best places we’ve eaten from in Darjeeling who were accommodating to our choices Thankyou
