The people are very polite. Had a nice day. They changed the bed sheets and pillow cover when we requested.

It seems this property is well maintained with nice infrastructure. Location wise also it's near Darjeeling Mall so we enjoyed the stay here. Breakfast was delicious but they would not be able to provide food after 10 at night which is a problem. Apart from that it's a 10 on 10 property for staycation.

Hotel is in good location, but the room was in pathetic condition, very old room, very dirty bedsheets, quilt, pillow, room was smelling like anything, I had booked for two nights but I couldn’t stay more then one night. my suggestion to hotel owner is:- (1) it’s the time to repair the hotel interior, rooms beddings are wet with moist. (2)takeout all the old carpet from staircase and passage. I ask the front office to change my bedsheet but he turn deaf ear to me then i had to go to reliance Smart to buy bedsheet at around 8 pm
