카사 비콜란디아 스위트(Casa Bicolandia Suites)

We arrived at the hotel late night as we had to go on a tour during the day. The receptionist was very friendly and polite Our room was clean with complete basic amenities. Aircondition was great which was a plus becoz of the scorching heat that day. The bathroom was well maintained and had provisions of the usual toiletries. Breakfast next day was a set plated meal which was served on its 4th floor roof deck with the magnificent view of the Mayon Volcano Customer service was superb. Kudos to all the staff for making pur stay memorable and comfortable

We thought the hotel is strategically located to have a better view of Mayon as advertised, however, only the restaurant at the top has a view but still obstructions. a better angle should have been thought of during the planning stage of the Hotel to maximize the panorama of Mayon. Rooms are good enough but improvements are encouraged, better customer service and a better breakfast menu will improve the hotel overall performance. Parking should have been designed to maximize the area.

stayed for two nights with family of 5: positive: very affordable pricing / good location (just across van terminals, plenty of eating choices within walking distance, safe and clean area) / reasonably clean rooms and hallways / being renovated for improvement... negative : terrible bathroom ( sink is clogged / shower and toilet located side by side making toilet seat wet all the time and bathroom floor flooded...

my single room has no blanket and the door for bathroom has broken that could not close comletely. so pretty bad. i don't wanna think this is daraga quority.

the pwd area isn’t really in good orientation inside. loud people talking outside and doesn’t even care if there is guest in the room.

Location wise. Near the Town Proper of Daraga. Rooftop has a good view of Mayon Volcano. Also near to Daraga Church (Walking Distance - I guess 10 mins); just be reminded that it is located above the Hill. Room is basic and nothing so special. With small parking area. Staff is okay.

Because they dont want to change or refund, i didnt make it that they because of my delayed flight thats why

The start was good , the rooms and bathrooms were fine . We took 4 rooms . The parking building is just across the hostel . The staff are friendly even lent us their umbrellas as we dined outside becaus it was raining

Room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly , free breakfast was fine , not advisable for seniors due to use of stairs ... other than that... it is recommended
