호텔은 보스턴 시내에서 멀지 않은 좋은 위치에 있으며 혼자 운전하기에 비교적 편리합니다. 가격 대비 성능이 매우 높습니다. 결국 도시 호텔의 가격이 너무 높습니다. 호텔 내 시설은 훌륭합니다. 좋고 위생적임.

조건은 말할 것도 없고, 은둔해서 살기에는 좋은데, 차가 없으면 불편해요. 아침 식사는 유료이며 스타 벅스와 서비스가 더 좋습니다. 좋은 것을 선택하고 팁을 줬는데, 미국인들이 중국인들이 이득을 취하는 것을 좋아한다고 생각하지 않기를 바랐습니다.

Nice hotel with pool and value for money

My experience with this hotel is truthfully one of the best so far. The service was beyond great I was treated with respect. Also the two gentlemen working at the front desk stayed patient while helping me when I was having trouble with my card to make payment. Would stay there again and most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect stay.

야간 접수 담당자 Marie는 매우 도움이 되었으며 최선을 다해 방을 바꾸었지만 안타깝게도 새 방도 더러웠고 욕실은 오줌으로 얼룩졌고 수건에는 커피 얼룩이 있었습니다. 아침에 우리는 새 수건을 받았습니다.

주민들이 머무르는 곳으로 엘리베이터를 이용할 수 없습니다. 15시간 동안 운전한 후 가족과 함께 모든 가방을 들고 계단을 올라야 했습니다. 그리고 내 방에 엘리베이터가 없었기 때문에 호텔 부지 전체를 걸어야 했습니다. 문 앞에 카트가 있어서 모든 물건을 가져올 수 있지만 카드에서 모든 물건을 꺼내 계단 위로 들고 올라가야 합니다. 그러는 동안 직원들은 당신을 바라보며 미소를 짓습니다. 침대는 끔찍하고 믿을 수 없을 정도로 불편합니다. 방에 있는 전자제품의 절반이 작동하지 않습니다. 수건을 좀 달라고 했는데, 수건이 나타나지 않았습니다. 제가 직접 내려오려고 했더니 제 방에서 기다리라고 하더군요. 이곳은 최악이에요. 다른 옵션이 없는 경우에만 여기에 머무르십시오.

I wanted to check out 1 hour later (at 12pm) but staff at the front desk refused. Hotel was noisy and sounds from neighboring rooms kept coming the entire night.

I am not a fancy person when I am traveling, however I feel like I need to make people aware of this place. Everything beyond check in was deplorable. Pool and hot tub was way beyond capacity. Unsupervised children everywhere. Teens drinking alcohol in the hallways. Guest was extremely over served and acting inappropriate in the bar, staff actually kept buying him drinks after this?! Got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant. Felt extremely unsafe walking the halls at night. Not sure what could've made this stay worse than it was. Stay far far away from this place.

It rained the night of my stay and water was leaking around the window, bathroom door had something spilled on it that wasn’t cleaned. The carpet was not vacuumed

Just a quick one night stay maybe in the room counting sleeping 15 hours. Sheets were dirty, sink had hairs from someone shaving. Coach had stains, while checking in the 3 employees one being the managers were complaining about another guest and how she was complaining and leaving and wanted a full refund and they were laughing. If you are going to make fun of a guest wait until you’re done waiting on the one in front of you. My daughter and me went to Walmart and purchased our own blankets and pillows because the sheets were so dirty. I looked under the mattress cover, I recommend DO NOT EVER DO THAT!!! I will never stay there again.

The gentleman that checked us in on was the only good point. The next day I had another room for my staff to check in. The gentleman suggested we go down around 9-10 to get ahead of the rush. The woman with a turban was extremely RUDE and YELLED, no rooms available come back at 4:00! Told her we were instructed to come down from the manager the night before. Through a lot of back and forth, she was threatening calling the cops. I've never been treated like this at any hotel and this woman was rude to many of my families that were staying there due to the event we were attending! We will NEVER go back there and if the event stayed there, we will not be doing that event. I'd recommend going anywhere but this hotel in Danvers, MA And mind you we had an event there a month before with the same rude woman and just thought maybe she had a bad day! NOPE, she's just a pure nasty rude woman.

This place was HUGE! Many, many families, so lots of screaming kids running around. It was not quiet. The pool was full the entire stay. Would have appreciated more dining options in the hotel itself, but there was a lot in the surrounding areas. It's a fine place to stay, the room was spacious, but the lack of included breakfast and overall busyness was not conducive to relaxation.
