Beit Zafran Hotel de Charme

Very beautiful hotel in the heart of Damascus. Upon arrival the employees of the hotel ensured anything I needed or wanted was provided. Room was huge, toiletries were a luxury brand from the Dead Sea and WiFi was fast and reliable (fast enough to make video calls home). Breakfast was also wonderful. Hotel also offers currency exchange at extremely fair rates. Highly recommend this hotel if exploring the Old City of Damascus both for its location and comfort/amenities.

An exquisite small Hotel in the lovely old town. Its Ottoman-era charm has been beautifully maintained and the inner courtyard is an oasis, ideal for relaxation with a glass of wine or tea. The service was excellent and the traditional breakfast was delicious.

Charming boutique hotel - formerly a house - in a great location with all the required amenities. The staff is fluent in English and very accommodating. The breakfast was superb and they were able to order authentic Syrian cuisine for my dinner. A lovely place to stay.

One of the best hotels if you want to discover the true Syrian tradition. Everyone and everything was really amazing. I just felt home. The food tastes really good and the hotel was very clean. I won't forget the most important thing that, this boutique has 24/7 electricity and no noises around.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the old town. Staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our Native Eye tour. Incredible hospitality and service, beautiful rooms and decor and artwork, delicious breakfasts and the location is perfect!

Fantastic hotel, in the old town of Damascus, large and lovely rooms and pleasant staff, very helpful and welcoming. the breakfast was and absolutely fantastic huge selection of typical Syrian breakfast. loved it. there are several restaurants and lots of shops close to the hotel I can highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Beautifull hottel with great food and even better services. Near city center. I felt really good in the atmosphere od the old 19th century Beit. They really put a lot of work into hotel to look like in 19th century, but modern and luxurious.

Best Hotel i have ever stayed in travels; not only about cleanless or luxury but welcoming and genuine hospitality and smile of the staff. It is hard to describe beauty of the hotel; amazing breakfast, confortable bed, large room and bathroom, very good quality toiletries, peacefull courtyard but most importantly hotel staff make you feel you're quest in their home in every second you stay there. Offering wellcome sherbet (sweet natural juice) was so nice. I would definitely stay in Beit Zafran my next visit to Damascus. Thank you Beit Zafran staff for making my travel wonderfull

Interesting design in the hotel.. Has a fountain pool in the middle of the hotel grounds. Hotel attendants are helper and friendly... comfortable room and large toilet.. Various and delicious breakfast. Scented toiletries and herbs. many facilities are provided by the hotel. Very satisfied
