나는 Warwick Melrose 호텔에서 하룻밤을 보냈고 절대적으로 훌륭했습니다! 이 호텔에 대한 최고의 요금을 확보하고 포인트를 얻기 위해 The Journey Club에 가입하는 것이 좋습니다. 호텔의 모든 사람들은 훌륭한 게스트 경험을 제공하기 위해 매우 세심하고 친절했습니다. 호텔은 아름다운 오래된 세계의 매력 장식을 갖추고 있지만 현대적인 편의 시설이 가득합니다. 우리는 LeSpa에서 멋진 경험을했고 뜨거운 돌 마사지를 적극 권장했습니다. 우리는 오후를 풀에서 보냈고, 필요할 경우 텍사스 열에서 숨길 수있는 많은 그늘 옵션으로 편안하고 매우 즐거웠습니다. 도서관 바에서의 Angela는 환상적이었고 우리는 저녁 식사를 위해 매우 맛있는 Beef Tenderloin을 먹었습니다. 우리 방은 아름답고, 큰 욕실, 탈의실, 노트북을위한 전자 플러그와 환상적인 조명이었습니다. 침대와 베개는 고급스럽고 편안했습니다. 나는 호텔의이 보석에 대해 충분한 멋진 말을 할 수 없습니다. I arrived after having travelled a long distance. I was greeted by the front desk lady, and I then proceeded to access my apartment. I unpacked my items and tried to connect to the Wi-Fi using the instructions, I also tried to adjust the air conditioning to make the room slightly cooler as it was warm and not blowing cool air - this did not work. I could also not connect to the Wi-Fi therefore I could not use the television. (The television required I connect to the wifi to use the chromecast, to watch anything at all). I messaged the front desk lady and she came upstairs and tried to fix the air conditioning (without much of an apology). She also advised me to connect to the Wi-Fi of a neighboring apartment. However I later discovered this meant the tv still would not work. She could not get the air con to cool down it was around 8:00 PM by this time, and I had not eaten any food since travelling, and as Sonder do not have any food in the kitchen for new guests she vaguely told me that she would get an engineer to come and have a look at it but said she did not know when this would be. Obviously I did not want to leave the apartment because an engineer may need to come and look at the air con so this was difficult - because she was extremely vague and said she 'didn't know' when the engineer was coming. At no point did she apologize profusely and clearly say that's fine you can leave the apartment, they will access anyway. I did go out in the end and no-one came to fix it. The next the next morning I reached out to Sonder on the app directly to ask what the situation was and when the engineer was coming? As I still did not have Wi-Fi or television and I was still unable make my apartment cooler. I had not slept very well that night because the room was not cool. Once I messaged on the app she appeared quickly, so I assume it is her management team that I reach when I message on the app? She later during the trip told me not to 'chime in on the app' if I have requests!! She then came back to my room and told me that I was moving rooms. Again no apology. She did not offer a bell boy or any assistance for all of my bags - bearing in mind all of the items I'd unpacked. She just told me where the room was an that she left the door open and that was all. I was obviously very tired by this point as I hadn't slept well and I had no apology. Disgusting service. Once I accessed my new apartment, the view through the windows of the apartment and saw that I was overlooking the swimming pool. (To my knowledge and from what I had researched I understood this was the 'Waterproof Dallas rooftop pool' which hosts late night DJ events from Thursday to Sunday every week.) To be honest looking back now I realise it was the community pool on the 4th floor which I was overlooking which is very quiet however I was very tired and I did not know this, so I messaged Sonder saying that I did not want to be in a room which overlooked a loud party pool, and obviousl

Used this hotel as it is close to a Holt Cat dealer and I’m an employee training for the week. It is in a very bad area as other reviewers described but it had a security guard and I was willing to take the risk. Was quoted 139.00 a day and I said that’s good I needed it for the week. Room was nice although the walls were thin and the ac unit sounded like an airplane trying to take off when the compressor kicked in. I did not complain about these things, I realize some things the front desk just can’t control. However when I checked out and asked for a copy of the bill I was shocked to see that the daily charges were 139, 179, 199, 199, and 139. I spoke with the guy at the front desk and he said he didn’t know why but would have the asst manager Jennifer call when she came in Went to class the whole day and got no call. Drove 4 hours home and called and she said Jennifer would be in at 11 pm and would call me in the morning. I called back at 6:30 before her shift ended and she said it was common practice to change the rates daily without people’s consent. I asked since my credit card was charged when I arrive was this not a contract to which she stated it was only a hold put on the card. She then stated I needed to talk to the manager Tim when he arrived back to work on Monday. This is not even my credit card that was charged it was the company’s but it’s about the principle now. The fact that I have to wait 4 days for something to be corrected that should have happened when brought to their attention the first time. There is a major disconnect between the auditors, managers, and customers. Will see how Tim handles this Monday before I write a review on Holts credit card statement that I have to submit, for all of holts company’s to see how Marriott treats its customers.

호텔은 매우 훌륭하고 도시의 중심에 있으며 케네디 광장, 버스 정류장, Big Eye 및 박물관에서 도보로 단 10분 거리에 있습니다! 또한 프론트 데스크 및 서비스 생태가 매우 좋고 위생 상태가 일급입니다. 씨트립에서 별 3개를 주기는 하지만 고급 호텔은 별 4개!

안녕하세요 라이언, 우리는 6 박 동안 702 호실에있었습니다. 우리는 주로 방 유지 보수, 거리 소음 및 하우스 키핑으로 많은 문제를 겪었습니다. 우리는 매일 방 청소를 요청했고 우리가 실제로 괜찮은 방 청소를하고 기대했던 것에 더 가까이있을 때까지 어젯밤까지 매우 가난하거나 존재하지 않았습니다. 문 입구 전체가 침실로 흘러 들어갔고 청소하지 않았습니다. 어느 날 하우스 키핑이 왔지만 커피 나 수건을 남기지 않았습니다. 6 박 2 일 오전 6시에 경보가 울렸습니다. 이것은 연속으로 첫날이나 2 박이 아닙니다. 내 추측은 불행한 가정부가 의도적으로 그것을했습니다. 나는 몇 번이나 여러 방 문제를보고했지만 결코 해결되지 않았습니다. 입구 문이 문질러져 많은 소음이 발생했습니다. 그리고 우리가 떠날 때 잠겨있도록 하려면 잡아야 했습니다. 냉장고의 문이 떨어지고 문질러지고 에어컨이 거실에서 많이 불고 침실에서 많이 불지 않아 한 방에서 잠을 잘 수 없으며 다른 사람이 거실에서 TV를 보는 동안 뜨겁습니다. 샤워 문이 상단에 부딪 히고 깨질 수 있다고 느낍니다. 두 번째 밤에서 드레퍼리 끌로드가 벗어 났으며 결코 고정되지 않았습니다. 방도 매우 어둡고 업데이트가 필요합니다. 고객은 고속도로 소음에 대해 알려야하므로 잠자기가 매우 어렵습니다.
