The place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.

The entire staff of The AURUM is unbelievable. Me and my wife are so humbled by their hospitality. Always ready to serve your needs, whatever it may be. What is so more surprising, was The Aurum MD, Mr. Srivatsya, spend the entire evening with us. Taking us to a nearby river(hotel ground), sat with us, had TEA with us and was so down to earth in entertaining us. The staff even gave a surprise birthday party for me and my wife, Very humbled and touch with their gesture.(photo attached) The entire staff were so down to earth in serving us. It's MD is a role model for it's staff. We have travel all over India, these experience is extraordinary. Thank you "THE AURUM"

Harshita provided excellent customer service and the food was very good. The rooms were very nice and clean. Very close to the temple! All the staff were super pleasant and helpful. Check in was very easy which was nice after such a long drive.

I received ver warm welcome for front office guys...then room was very good comfortable stay in room . Food was good restaurant staff was good specially i mention Suman 😊 she t talking way politely.. swimming pool and opposite river and location very nice then we enjoyed very well ...

It doesn't look the way the staff welcome you in the hotel, I booked a Quadruple room , later the manager offered me a suite room for 1000/- extra later I asked for a late check out till 3 pm he again offered 1000/- so overall I paid 13.7k which I didnt mind, but the monies are not just not worth it, the rooms were sticking when we checked in , the breakfast was horrible ... the hotel being in South India , the iddlies were hard, sambar was just horrible, no big spread for the monies paid...when I was checking out exactly by 245 , the key card was misplaced, again the same manager walks in and ask me 300/- + taxes for a key.. I was in a hurry so couldn't argue further.. they are just behind money.. I didnt experience the way reviews are portraying...

It was our 1st visit to kukke.we stayed for 2 nights.stay was excellent. Staffs are very friendly. View of the room was amazing. Food was good.hope to visit again. Thanks for making our stay memorable one.specially front office staff Mr.abhishek .
