Nice stay at a great hotel. Only one night, the hotel is modern, in a quiet part of town near many of the city's embassies, not a lot of shopping or restaurants close but the hotel dining room was good. Staff was wonderful, room was large and clean.

The hotel is not asian friendly!Beware! The restaurant staff specifically the waitress that served us during our stay January 23,2024 during dinner time was rude and treats asian differently than white customers, short tempered and easily gets annoyed if you ask questions. Our stay and food was paid by the company and we wanted to try out most of the food on the menu and also we were so hungry that time but the waitress refused to serve us a second main. We ask why we can only order 1 entree,1 main and 1 dessert and explained to her that we are still hungry and to order at least 1 more main but we were refused!FYI our waitress on the previous night served us any food that we want. We mentioned it to her but she simply replied not on her watch!!! With attitude and gesture as if she owns the restaurant! We would have been fine is she just said its not available but its a clear power trip! We ordered at around 7:15 pm and got served after almost an hour for the entrees. After finishing entree we had to wait for 45 mins again for our main,As were the least accommodated customers compare to caucasian customers. We finished our main almost immediately because we are hungry even though 4 sides out of the 6 mains were served wrong!Some ordered fries and noodles as side but they just served us rice with steak along with other mains.I guess if you're asian they assume just give them rice LOL. We never bothered to complain to avoid more hassle and just waited for our dessert but until 9 pm our dessert was not served. FYI We were the only customers left in the restaurant and all other customers already left!We tried to follow the order but again we received a rude reply and finally we decided to leave without having the desserts that were already paid! We have an early morning schedule tomorrow at 2:45 am to go to immigration so we wanted to rest early. IF YOU ARE ASIAN FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY!!!

Modern room with a nice local vibe, everything functioning well, with a bit of wear. Well cleaned. Excellent WiFi for video calls. No iron, but laundry/dry-cleaning possible. Staff very welcoming and very friendly. It's a small boutique hotel with no pool/gym, but is also without the taxis, vendors and visible security at larger, similarly-priced hotels like the Novotel. It is at the southern edge of Plateau, so very quiet, esp after business hours. Also close to Cap Manuel, where people walk/run Sunday mornings and enjoy the sea views. Breakfast came with stay. Reviews suggest that it is limited, but there is a decent spread and one can ask for eggs prepared various ways, including as an omelette. For lunch and dinner, the restaurant has excellent quality (esp salads and seafood) and reasonable prices, which makes up for the lack of other restaurants nearby. Local expats know it well as they prefer it for business lunches.

Toujours bien reçu, Dans un cadre bienveillant et familial , Un Petit déjeuner excellent, des repas fait minute . Les chambres sont impeccables, le personnel est là depuis longtemps , fidèle et professionnel. La direction est au petit soins pour ses clients, l’endroit parfait pour une pause locale affaires .

L’hôtel est très bien situé le personnel. Attentif. Les chambres sont bien entretenue. La literie est excellente. Le service de restauration est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Je suis Platinum sur Accor et je ne vais pas dans les hôtels accords quand je viens à la gare, j’ai choisi toujours cette hôtel car il n’y a jamais aucune mauvaise surprise, l’hôtel est venu par une famille qui est respectueuse de ses clients et à l’écoute des moindres désir.
