Urban Inn Cyberjaya

I stayed at this hotel on Thursday, July 3 for one night. This hotel is very new because there is construction going on around it. There are lots of parking spaces.The lobby area is very small. Two male receptionists named Sidney and Mirza were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is different because use fingers to access the room. Very interesting. The hotel room is very spacious, there are many TV channels to choose include YouTube, the air conditioning is good but the only thing I am very particular about is the cleanliness of the room. There is no mini bar fridge, water can be taken from the water dispenser provided outside the room, as well as an iron. Only 2in1 coffee is provided, amenities are only toothpaste. just a basic but its ok worth what I pay. The only thing I am very particular and concern about is the cleanliness of the room. The room is very dusty, the floor is not swept properly. There is hair here and there. And the bed linen seems not to have been changed or not washed properly. Everything else is ok, just please improve on cleanliness.

very spacious room, but the bedding is not so comfy plus got some stain on duvet cover. the location is quite rural but not so far from the eatery place and transport hub. kettle and iron is not prepared in the room but we need to have it by water dispenser which is not location at every row of room

it seems a new hotel. need a lot more improvement. but not that bad. security wise is good as it use fingerprint to open the room door but location is a bit ******* as its not gated and quite hidden from other places. room service came only after 5PM, i left room at 8AM and expecting to return and having a nice rest but it seems the room was not cleaned up even at 3PM. they came to clean at 5PM when i already sleeping. also, my room will auto shut everything when i enter room every time. hopefully they can improve on this as its actually quite a nice stay there.

Service all good, cleaning supervisor need improve I found something 1. A lighter was found inside the tissue roll. 2. The bathroom ceiling was open. I hope the supervisor can check thoroughly and carefully.

New hotel, price is cheap.

You've got to decide what you're after. A clean and quiet room? Check. A comfortable bed? Check. A reliable toilet with hot water? Check. it's a 3 star hotel done right done well. nothing fanciful, just all the right things enough for a good night sleep. Thanks guys.
