Helpful and friendly staff. Free tea and coffee all day. Fair breakfast. BUT on the second day the water went off completely, coming back on at 0600. After this, the water was off and on randomly, usually just when you wanted a shower after a busy day. Of course no water also meant the toilets couldn't be flushed. The staff explained that the water was being rationed by the city, but I don't believe that add it was fine the first couple of days. We were booked in for 4 more nights, but we got refund and left the next day. Sorry Cosy Room, but this is a bad hostel.

Check in went smoothly and without any problems. We have checked out after two days because we went to Machu Pichu and could leave our luggage in the hotel, spontaneously we could also book a night more after machu pichu. On the first day we went later for breakfast there was unfortunately not much choice (first come first serve 😜). On our floor you could always get hot tea. Very good shower with lots of power. To the main square you walk a few minutes, but after that everything is very easy to reach on foot. Reception also gave us good tips and their cell phone number and told us that we can write them anytime if something is or we have questions. For example, we were able to book a city tour via Whatsapp at short notice. Nice big room, windows are not so well sealed, came quite a slight draft into the room. On the last day we went to Rainbow Mountain, in the morning at three we could drop off our luggage and received a breakfast to go. when we returned, we were even allowed to take a quick shower (no extra charge), although we have already checked out. in the evening, even a taxi was organized, which first picked up our luggage and then us, because we went to eat in the city before the night bus to Puno. Very friendly staff - we were so grateful for the service
