Wonderful, oceanfront, two bedroom, two bath, bungalow home is just ten feet from the open water ...incredible views. Located on the open water, with a 52' concrete dock/seawall complete with dock posts and fishing table - perfect for cleaning that 'catch of the day', and grilling it up for dinner. Beautiful views of the open water from the living room, dining room and kitchen.- perfect location for your boat or you can rent one nearby. Lovely decor with Claire Murray rugs, Laura Ashley king quilts and Spencer & Spencer pottery on the walls. Recreation center with billiards, darts, and ping pong. Post Office and a Library 24 Hour Gated Security. Well decorated with Claire Murray comforters and throw rugs with lots of hand made Spencer & Spencer pottery on the walls. 40' screened TV. We have not overlooked any utensil in the kitchen and of course a sturdy blender for tropical drinks! Gated private community with 80 foot heated shared pool, large kiddie pool, salt water swimming area, marina, convenience market, small post office, 2 lighted tennis court, basketball, bocce courts, ping pong, and two large boat ramps, marina, ship's store. Our very cute little low key fishing community is friendly and has little houses as well as some campers. Located just 15 minutes to either Key West to the west or Bahia Honda State Park (voted one of the top 10 beaches in the U.S.) to the east, a water-lover's dream. This 69 acre resort was created to put the ocean at your back door. Amenities: Central Air Conditioning/Heating, 40'HD TV,additional TV in the master, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking utensils, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer and Gas Grill (BBQ), Community - 80 foot heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, bocce courts, basketball, ping pong, full service marina, boat ramps, salt water swimming area, small playground. Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary is a nearby must for snorkeling and diving in the crystal blue Atlantic. On the gulf side, Cudjoe Key offers the Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge...A kayak or small boaters paradise. For Divers and Fisherman: The retired 523 foot WWII U.S. missile tracking ship Gen. Hoyt S. Vandenberg that once tracked space launches off Cape Canaveral, and also monitored Soviet missile launches during the Cold War, has been intentionally sunk off Key West in late May to become an artificial reef in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. Excellent location! This is our 3rd time at this property. The views are amazing, there’s an aquarium in your “backyard” with parrot fish, angelfish, barracuda, snapper, nurse sharks and we were fortunate enough to see a manatee mom and baby. The host is great and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful! We loved this place! We caught all kinds of fish and were even lucky enough to see a manatee and her baby all from the dock. The worst part about it was having to leave.

Paradise Our stay at this resort was amazing. The house we stayed in was spotless!!! It was well equipped with whatever we needed for cooking. The view from the porch overlooking the water was great. The resort was welcoming, with the pool, hot tub and the other amenities. We had no problems at all. The location to Key West was just a 20 min drive. We would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back to the area.

Perfect spot This was our second stay at this home. It is in the perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle- not too far from Key West and convenient to groceries and supplies. The house has all you need to have a relaxing stay and enjoy the beauty of the Keys. We will be back next year!

Sweet week! This house was open airy and great sunrises…fishing off the dock was entertaining. Grill was clean and easy to use. Go to mangrove mamas for the best pizza that we have had down here. And the music starts at 6. Loved the accommodations

Cujoe Key Loved sitting on the back porch with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise. Perfect accommodations for the four of us. Enjoyed the pool. Almost walking distance to Icestream Airstream our new favorite Ice Cream store. Easy access to highwsy 1 . Would whole heartly recommend!

2/15-2/22/2025 Screen doors broken, additional Venture out fee needs to be listed before booking/paying (even the boy that checked is in wasn’t surprised that we weren’t told until right before we left home), dish washer very noisy needs replaced, location is outstanding, found letter from owner to be offensive and sarcastic, asked to do the laundry and leave a tip for the maids after we paid 195 for cleaning fee.
