Our house is located in the historic district of the Armand Peugeot family, the start of the Morgat station dating from the end of the 19th century and whose street bears his name.It has just been enlarged and completely renovated, combining old and modern, it offers you all the comfort of a charming house. On the ground floor you will access by an entrance open to the new kitchen and its dining room, a large reception room, a bedroom with its own indoor shower room, a toilet and direct access to the terrace and the garden. Please note the garden is accessible by a few steps. Upstairs you will access 2 beautiful bedrooms separated on the landing by a bathroom and a separate toilet.
