Premier Inn Stafford North (Spitfire)

We had room 220 which was right next to a main road so couldn't have a window open, the last room down the end of the corridor. Went to brewers fayre for a drink and found the staff member (manager?) was a bit put off because we dare order a drink, wife ordered a bottle of drink, didn't even get a glass.

Lovely stay at Stafford North Spitfire Premier Inn, room was clean and comfortable. Maryam offered a friendly face and helpful information about my stay which aided in settling me in for the night. Overall a nice and convenient overnight stay.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn located just off the M6 and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it a perfect choice for travelers who need a break during a long journey or those who want to explore the surrounding area. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Maryam, the receptionist, who was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. She answered all of my questions and provided useful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable night's rest. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day on the road. I highly recommend this Premier Inn for its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations. Whether you're passing through or planning a longer stay, you're sure to enjoy your time at this hotel.

Clean room with friendly staff. Bathroom smelt damp and room was a bit dated. No aircon so felt hot even though it was only around 18 deg outside. 45 min drive to Alton Towers. Food next door was cheap but not great. Breakfast OK but limited selection.

My partner and I stayed at the Spitfire hotel from May 31st to June 2nd. All I can say is the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The young man on reception each day was exceptionally helpful. The hotel was clean but that is as far as it went, the bath/shower did not have a safety handle on the wall. Surely this is a health and safety issue. We are both in our 70's fit but could not get out of the bath or have a shower because there was nothing to hang on to. This is the first hotel we have been in without a safety rail. In the restaurant the food was only fair but the staff were first class.

Very good location. Staff friendly, welcoming and efficient. Room clean and spacious with hospitality tray. Restaurants nearby. Free parking.

Fabulous stay brewers fayre was amazing for breakfast, what you expect from a brewers fayre for dinner (meal deal) but again staff were lovely and accommodating

The hotels one of the older ones we had issues with hot water from the sink but the shower was great. Rooms lovely and big and well equipped and very clean , great beds and breakfast was really good at the brewers fayre next door, staff were also friendly . Free Wi-Fi and free parking
