Attempts to spruce up this old property largely failed. Lobby and breakfast area are nice, hallways and elevator yucky, our room was half & half. Beds were comfy, good pillows & new towels but walls needed paint and corners hadn't seen a vacuum or mop for a LONG time. Staff was helpful but overworked...the desk attendant was next door with a plunger. Maid staff was very friendly and everyone wished us "safe travels". Breakfast ok.

We had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn. The room was clean and the staff, particularly Angie at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The meals prepared by the amazing Ms. Tequila were exemplary, and she went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast dining experiences were first class. The overall experience was akin to a second home during our short stay in Jonesboro! Thank you Hampton Inn staff for your kindness and thoughtfulness!

My husband and I traveled with his elderly mother to a family event in the area. I made reservations for a handicap accessible room for her and a regular king for us. The staff greeted us warmly as we checked in. We were put in 2 very close rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed this breakfast and the staff member overseeing the breakfast room was very helpful and polite. The lady that checked us out was also very friendly. It was refreshing to be treated as a valued guest.

Breakfast quality and safety was poor, check out was poor and slow and rude, pet fee ridiculous, room not the best, noises of hotel irritating. The check in was good, but when I was in a hurry in the morning, no one was at the front desk and it took a lot to get someone to come to the front. Then the computer didn't work up front and it took at least 5 minutes just to print the receipt. Then the lady was rude. The pet fee wasn't stated and varied from what was indicated by other sites. The pet fee is so high for one night - at least state the price!

Enjoyable stay. The internet, as I have experienced in many other hotels, is very poor. Having to disconnect and reconnect often. Forget about "Connect Automatically". Must be the cheapest Internet the Owner could find to increase his profits. Does anyone else believe that Covid has enticed hotel owners to cut services and raise rates? This is an older Hampton that has been upgraded to newer standards. My main disappointment was the bed. A innerspring mattress that creaked when you sat or lay down on it. Room seemed clean and fresh which is what I look for. Staff was pleasant. I would stay here again. Room AC fan had a continuous on setting which dulls the compressor noise kicking off and on all night.

The property is easily accessed from the interstate and is modern and well-maintained. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional at both check-in and check-out. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. The wi-fi worked well and there are ample outlets for devices & chargers. The breakfast layout was very good with plenty of choices and a comfortable dining area. All in all an excellent place to get rested up and recharged on a road trip.

On the positive side, the bed was comfy, the room clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Other reviewers indicate the motel had been recently renovated. If so, I hope my room had been skipped. The paint peeling from the bottom of the bathroom door as well as the decals coming off the elevator doors suggest the renovations, if done, were sloppy.

It’s all about how they deal with issues… We were greeted by a wonderfully pleasant lady at the desk who made us feel very welcome. We got one of the last available rooms. It looks like there’s been a recent renovation, so it was nicely appointed and well renovated. However, when preparing to sleep, we took our shoes off and noticed that the carpet by the beds was soaking wet. The room also had an overwhelming odor of deodorizer. We were able to open the door and let some of that out, but it was still fairly heavy in the room. We called the desk and asked for assistance to extract the water from the carpet, which had just been cleaned that day. It wasn’t possible, but Angel, the hotel desk clerk, did her very best. Next, my husband went in to shower and realized we had no shower curtain. My husband went to the desk and Angel, at the desk, offered to install the curtain for us. (We can do that ourselves, so we did.) At every turn, they did their best to take care of any problems. It wasn’t a perfect stay, but issues were remedied as best they could. We would definitely stay there again. With a customer service attitude like theirs, I would bet you’ll have an excellent stay.
