Camping le Fort Espagnol

The campsite is great and there is a lot of entertainment laid on for those who like that sort of stuff! The mobile home was clean and in good condition and the beds were so comfortable. The pool and the slides were fabulous and the staff were lovely. I would definitely recommend it and hope to come back! Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Staff only speaks French and are unwilling to understand or make themselves clear. The promised wifi is only at the reception available. No restaurant as promised, just a snackbar.

This is quite a basic campsite but with a nice, relaxed atmosphere. There is not a great deal on site but it is very well located to visit the local area including lots of lovely beaches. The swimming pools are small but clean with a few slides. The lifeguards are not very visible with very few rules - you can play with balls/ jump in etc. The pools entertained our teens for a couple of hours at most. The snack bar serves pizza and burgers and a few other bits - no gluten free options. The bar has some fairly dubious entertainment. One night there was very loud music going on until midnight. We were on the furthest end of the site and found it too much - we were glad we weren’t any closer and didn’t have any young children in bed. The store on site is one of the smallest, least-well stocked I have every seen at a eurocamp site (it has milk, some alcohol and you can order bread and pastries daily) but there is a large supermarket about 10 minute drive away. The cabins are standard eurocamp. Ours was new and very clean. The shower was poor though and constantly veered from boiling to freezing. We stayed 4 nights which was plenty. Nearby Carnac is great for dinner.

we had a really nice time with our kids (6 and 3) on the campsite. Swimmingpool was perfect and the playground was nice for the kids.

I recommend this campsite! We camped for the first time with our family (1 child: 11 years). We have experienced the location as pleasant. Lovely heated indoor pool (and outdoor pool was nice too). Evening program really liked my daughter! The environment is very nice and attractive (no fast food chains or chains of other kind of stores). Really felt like I was gone. Delicious restaurants and from several sides there was that fantastic view of the bay!

Very good campsite. Our expectations were absolutely met and even exceeded. The mobile home was wonderful (Exclusive). The only downside was that there was no WiFi in the mobile home ah the moment. We can absolutely recommend the camp.
