알레그로 코수멜 올 인클루시브(Allegro Cozumel All-Inclusive)

I absolutely loved everything about the resort! The waiters, bartenders, the entertainment, the pool activities. All was amazing! All staff was so friendly and made everyone feel at home. Will definitely be going back next year!

Very clean and pretty property. Lots of things to do on property, enjoyed the swim up bar and the entire staff were consistently happy and helpful. The food was good; there was not one night that did not have good food. Beach was beautiful and the Prime area was also very nice. There needs to be more tables with umbrellas and lights for guests to use instead of closing down the entire pool area. Another swim-up bar would be nice. Also suggest that the Activities staff play more music that the guests know instead of Spanish music. The same can be said for the same staff--talk to us in English first please. Overall, a great 10-day getaway and I would definitely come back to the Allegro!! :)

When we were given our 2 rooms one was already occupied. We got another and then at 10:10 we we awakend from sleep by a room girl barging in on us. We liked the buffet. we tried to book a dinner at the mexican restaurant on Wednesday but were told they didn't have any openings until Saturday night. Our vacation ended Saturday afternoon so we weren't able to eat there. The pools were well maintained. There were staff personnel that were very good. The beach was never peaceful. There was rap music and other stuff playing very load all day with times when instead of the music an employee with a wireless microphone was broadcast very loudly everywhere on the beach but only for the benifit of a group of people up by him for stretching exorcises, bingo and other activities. He wanted to sound like a radio DJ and really filled every second with his show. the noise spoiled the beach for us. The rules for the tennis court made us feel unwelcome to use it. They required a drivers license as a deposit just to use it.At the end the manager said that was a mistake and we shouldn't have had to do that but it was too late, our vacation was over by then. There were 2 courts but only one net. They repeatedly told us they would have the other net put up but never did. We gave up on tennis because we felt like we would be trespassing on their property if we used it. some very nice people, some good food but too much noise to be anything like a relaxing place and we never felt welcome there.

We have been there many times people are friendly and staff are great will hopefully be back there next year

Fantastic resort. Great beach. Played beach volleyball all week. Taxi and jeep rental right accross the road. Great entertainment staff. Good nightly shows and variety. Only 2 restaurantes open while we were there, but buffets were very diverse. Never went hungry or thirsty. Scuba diving is 2 minute boat drive out. Best scuba we have done so far!. Couldnt be more pleased, especially for the cost!

Allegro was not exactly what we were expecting, and not a place we will likely return to. I would say 3 factors affect that the most, that would be the location, moldy AC, and even more so, the food! I read reviews that said the food wasn't so great. I wasn't totally prepared for that, and even made excuses in my head ("how bad can it be?"' "its a buffet, surely there is something good to find" ....or "there are multiple restaurants, they can't all be bad")

They put us with our 4 year old right next to the disco and tennis courts. It was soooo loud at night none of us could sleep. They also have restaurant choices but they are difficult to get so and tiny which they do explain. Some of the staff was rude. Decent for the price but insane that they would house a family with little kids right next to the disco.

The entertainment staff was very fun to be around. We had a great time and Angel, RB, Roger were the most enjoyable. Kudos to our waitress, Wilma, very attentive to us every day we stayed

We had a wonderful stay at Allegro! The beach is beautiful and everyone was so friendly and helpful!
