We always stay here if in Manchester, and the staff are always polite and efficient. they went beyond the minimum to look after my elderly parents, and you can always rely on a comfy bed and clean sheets and bathroom.

We've stayed at this premier inn for numerous years,and always been good 👍 But I rang to check if another room id booked for family,was ok The woman I spoke to, wasn't helpful, and put the phone down on me So rude and unprofessional!! I know they're probably under pressure, but a bit of politeness and courtesy, isn't that hard surely. We all have jobs/careers , and it can be hard for everyone. But you need to stay professional,

No air conditioning in the room . Was too hot . The bar is good , the location is good. Near to tesco and 5 min walk to the tram station at Prestwich

We had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn near Heaton Park, perfect for attending gigs nearby. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and exceeded expectations. What really stood out was the warm welcome from receptionist Aimee—she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. Her professional yet personable approach made us feel instantly at home. The location is ideal, just a short journey to Heaton Park, making it super convenient after a long night. The beds were comfy, the room quiet, and everything we needed was on hand. Would definitely stay again—five stars all round
