Braithwaite Hall Bed & Breakfast

We stayed here for three nights whilst attending a wedding nearby. We cannot praise Vicky's hospitality enough. from pre arrival, welcome, breakfast to departure, she was a pleasure and a treasure. She could not do enough for us and her breakfast was fabulous. The four poster room was wonderful; spacious, spotlessly clean and full of original 17th century features, with a 21st century ensuite shower room. The views over the Middleham Moor gallops were superb. What a treat of a view to wake up to. Don't expect great internet access or a pub or restaurant on the doorstep. Just the warmest of hospitality, comfortable bedroom, best of breakfasts in an amazing house in a stunning location.

The perfect countryside 3 night break. The 17th century hall is magnificent, we stayed in the kings room which is fantastic beyond our expectations. The location is perfect with loads of walks right from the door and close to villages and plenty of pubs. Vicky was the perfect host, very friendly, helpful and cooks one of the best full English breakfasts we’ve ever had, all fresh produce and fresh home made bread. We will definitely return.
