We spent over 2 weeks here in apartment 12 and I have to say…. the 5 star rating is well deserved! This hotel exceeded our expectations. From my first email to the hotel (and probably 50+ subsequent emails!) the service was outstanding. Once we arrived… ask a question on What’s App? Get a reply in minutes. Ask for more firewood? Get it delivered in minutes and with a smile. Really incredible. The apartments are well appointed. Fireplace, kitchen, refrigerator, comfortable beds, excellent linens, great shower pressure. We ate in the restaurant and had food delivered several nights. The chef is outstanding. We loved every dish. The location could not be better with a 5’ walk to the gondola and a 10’ walk to town. The ski room is centrally located with boot warmers - nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed the Wellness Center - sauna, steam room, cold waterfall shower, warm pool. Such a nice way to end the day after skiing. They have onsite parking for a fee but there is public parking right across the street for free. 5’ walk through the underpass. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great Courmayeur hotel experience! We look forward to returning soon.

We stayed 8 nights in August 2022 as 2 adults and 2 children. The chalet we stayed at was very comfortable and clean, right fit for our family. The patio was lovely. The hotel staff was very helpful. While we were staying, there was no water supply across Courmayeur because of a landslide that took place in Val Ferret. Hotel management did their best to minimize the negative impact and continously tried to find solutions to provide water supply. The location is great to walk to the city center but there is a continous car noise as the hotel is closed to the road. That was the only issue but rest was perfect!

Just stayed for 3 nights at Au Coeur Des Neiges in Courmayeur. The hotel is wonderful and the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. My wife mislaid her Passport and the hotel went far beyond what they needed to do to help us find it - which we did!! A great place to stay and I very much hope to return soon!!

Our family of 6 stayed a week over Christmas in the beautiful hotel. We stayed in chalet No7 and it was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of room and a cozy fireplace. The staff could not have been more helpful. We told staff that we found the beds too hard on the first night which was immediately fixed with no fuss and a bunch of mattress toppers straight away. Christmas dinner in a private room for 13 people (extended friends) was an absolute highlight. The wellness centre was superb and the location is unbeatable. Only a few minutes walk to the main gondola and an easy stroll into town with plenty of shops along the way and a supermarket very close by. Perfect for Christmas!

Sono sempre i particolari a fare la differenza e qui, ad Au Coeur des Neiges, è sempre tutto perfetto: struttura di altissimo livello così come tutto il personale ed i servizi. Non manca mai nulla. La vera vacanza, indimenticabile e rilassante dove trascorre momenti unici; il tutto immerso nei meravigliosi paesaggi della Valle D’Aosta e del Monte Bianco. E’ la classica vacanza che ti dispiace terminare ma che non vedi l’ora di ricominciare.

Anche quest'anno una vacanza serena e al tempo stesso eccitante nel gran contesto dello splendido panorama del massiccio del Monte Bianco. Un soggiorno meraviglioso presso il Luxury Resort Au Coeur des Neiges alloggiati in uno chalet confortevole e raffinato in tipico stile alpino. Come da tradizione , un' accoglienza e disponibilità dal Direttore e dal suo Staff straordinaria , squisita e discreta , sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. A tutto ciò aggiungiamo un grande apprezzamento per l'utilizzo della SPA e della piscina al coperto con vista panoramica. Una nota di elogio per il Bistrot/Restaurant, sempre vario e di gran gusto, un servizio amplificato dalla possibilità di usufruirne anche presso lo chalet. In conclusione un grande grazie e un arrivederci a presto. Marco e Lorenza
